Awesome place to get fast and great tasting food. The chicken was tender and juicy, and all of the sides were delicious. It takes less than ten minutes to get your food. Highly recommend the platano Maduro the black beans and rice as well as the french fries and the green beans.

I’ve ate here many times but this time I was really disappointed, I ordered online and had my buddy pick it up since he was close by. When I opened up the to go plate of 1/4 chicken rice and beans with a salad on the side my beans were not in there, I’m shocked to how they could of missed a simple order. They must be too busy selling they can’t slow down and make sure things are right?, look at the picture the saddest plate of chicken with rice EVER. Now I’m forced to eat the food that I paid 12$ on, I’m 40minutes away if not I would definitely go back. I’ve called the store and they said Marc the store manager will be calling me I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED.

Alpaca has amazing delicious food and if you have yet to go here, you should definitely go! The staff is always friendly and the taste of the food is consistently yummy. Everything I have eaten there has been flavorful and has yet to disappoint. If you ever go and see there is a long line, don’t fret as the line moves at a decent pace and is worth the wait. I like that you have the option to buy bottled Mexican cokes and bottled Jarritos. As a family with allergies, I appreciate how easy their allergen menus are to read and access and we have never had an issue eating here.

SCAM ALERT: Please be careful when purchasing from this Alpaca. If you see my receipt in the photo notice I was charged $11.30 and the charge was stated as “Other.” I did not leave a tip because I went to the store and ordered in person. When I got home and noticed that this charge existed I called the store. The Manager couldn’t tell me what the charge was for. He suggested I come back another day and speak with the GM. Please, I am just suggesting that you be very vigilant when using your credit/debit card at this store. Who knows how many times someone has not noticed the additional charge or never said anything.

Sure, you could get a rotisserie chicken from Costco across the street for 5 bucks, but it ain’t like this one. Great flavor (better than Costco), not too salty, very very tender – prepared excellently. Rice and beans reminded me of the plates I had in Brazil, also prepared perfectly and fantastic. Yellow sauce is mustard based – not my favorite but still a good foil for the chicken. The green sauce, however, is a level 3 spicy creamy tomatillo salsa that rivals anything I’ve ever had in San Diego. Called in an order to go: staff on the phone were very polite and thorough and my food was ready in less than 15 minutes. $20 for a quality 1/2 chicken rice n beans is a deal. Will be back next time I’m in Apex. Thank you

It was crowded but the staff kept the line moving snd were courteous. We got our food fairly quickly and was prepared well. The drink machines had no ice. The tables weren’t wiped down.

This place always forgets a part of your order. I’ve consistently had sides missing on multiple times ordering out. Latest example is the whole side of fries that were substituted not in the bag or part of entree box. They tie/seal the bag together on pickup so it’s not intuitive to immediately check for everything there.
They always forget your drink unless you explicitly ask. Ordering extra meat also seems to be inconsistent, generally on the smaller portion side where you feel cheated; constantly find bones in their rice entree.
We are done ordering out from this place.

This has become one of our weekly Staples in our household. We just LOVE the food here. You can’t go wrong with any of the chicken or beef entrees. My husband loves the tacos and my kids love the fries and the green dipping sauce. Everything has amazing flavor and the meat is super tender. It gets super busy there so we like to order online far in advance of when we need it. They always bag it up well and the workers are all masked and the restaurant is super clean.
