Great Breakfast Spot in Rancho Santa Margarita!
It was a hot morning when I decided to grab breakfast at Aloha Stacks in Rancho Santa Margarita, having enjoyed their locations in Dana Point and Mission Viejo before. True to form, Aloha Stacks delivered a tasty, filling, and healthy meal.
I walked in and was able to place my order quickly. I went with eggs over medium, potatoes, turkey sausage, an English muffin, and coffee. Finding a comfortable indoor table with cushioned seating was easy. The atmosphere had a medium noise level, typical for a breakfast spot with families and younger folks enjoying their meals. But there were several tables outdoors in sun & shade & many looked like Aloha Stacks customers sampling the outdoor ambiance.
My food arrived hot after about a 10-minute wait. The potatoes were not oily, and the turkey sausage was lean and cooked perfectly to my preference. The eggs were over medium as ordered, and the English muffin was nicely toasted and warm, melting the butter right in. The coffee was good, standard restaurant quality in a pleasant way. The wait staff was attentive, refilling my coffee twice and promptly clearing finished plates.
While it was a bit on the pricier side (around $28 with tip), the overall experience was very pleasant. If you’re looking for a solid breakfast with good service and healthy options in Rancho Santa Margarita, Aloha Stacks is a great choice!

We order in house, a burrito to go. On the menu it says chips and beans come with the burrito but when we got it there were no beans and chips. We drove all the way back to the location and they told us that since it’s Togo they won’t offer us the chips and beans. This was completely ridiculous considering it says comes with a side of tortilla chips and beans. The manager and staff were making me feel like I was being weird for asking for them and only then handed me a box with 5 chips inside!

The food was phenomenal…my wife couldn’t get enough of my spam fried rice! Get the spam masubi too! Their sauce (I believe it was sweet teriyaki) ontop made it irresistible. We also got their coffees; the Hawaii latte (macadamia nut) and a dirty chai (iced). Both were delicious.

A wonderful breakfast this morning at Aloha Stacks. Sonia was very pleasant and professional as I placed my order. Terrific customer service. I ordered the Denver omelet with sausage and sliced tomatoes. I also ordered a cup of coffee. Francisco brought out my food and was professional, kind and attentive. Overall the breakfast dining experience was very good and the ambiance is always positive and upbeat.
Good food, people and service! Highly recommend.

A great little spot. I walked in and right away was greeted by Lucy who lights up the place with her smile and fantastic customer service. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage and two hotcakes with a cup of coffee. Francisco another very professional and friendly staff member brought my food out and provided stellar customer service. The food was fresh, well prepared and presented as well as tasty. The temperature was perfect and the ambiance positive and peaceful. First time visiting this location and will certainly be back.
Highly recommended.

I ordered the meat lovers omelet with sliced tomatoes, a coffee, and an orange juice. The ambiance was peaceful and positive. The food came out hot and tasty, and I enjoyed the meal. It was perfect. Their prices are reasonable and the potions are hearty. I highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent experience at this Aloha location in RSM, Ca. Plenty of parking. Decent amount of seating inside, a few chairs and tables outside (Shared with other shop, Starbucks).
Friday around 1:15 pm. They close at 2 pm. No waiting in line. Plenty of seating available inside. Not busy at all.
Cool atmosphere, nice and relaxed. Maybe because there wasn’t many people.
Cashier was kind, quick, and polite. Funny too lol. The food was ready quick. We waited maybe 10 minutes, if that!
They food was really good. Excellent taste and seasoning. Wife had the Enchiladas, I had the California Omelette (It comes with chipotle sauce on the side.)
Very satisfying brunch meal!

Do not order to go from this place. My work chooses this restaurant for breakfast and consistently they forget to add syrup. This week I finally got syrup, but now there is no butter. These are basic items that should never be forgotten at a breakfast restaurant. It’s happened more than 3 times which is why I’m finally reviewing. Please get it together

Wanted something savory and unique on one of my “cheat days” and the chicken Katsu waffles did not disappoint!!! I am obsessed. Service was quick and efficient and the staff was super friendly. So grateful that this breakfast gem is newly opened here in RSM! They have SO many options when I wanna eat really healthy too and also have a huge menu with so much variety. Definitely check this place out.

The Loco Moco here is disappointing and does not come close to the ones in Hawaii. They don’t give enough gravy and it tasted bland. Also they cheap out on hamburger patties…. instead of giving two they gave one patty. The Hawaiian fried rice lacks Spam in it. POG drink was basically orange juice, can’t taste the passionfruit and guava flavors. I would not recommend Loco Moco here.
