.A magnificent incorporation of lighting, decor, color scheme, textures and more into the restaurant to match the intended vibe. Simply everything my husband and I enjoyed on your lunch ️ date. Our waiter Jose was a professional server who quickly took our order and ensured our dining experience was smooth! Extremely, attentive promptly brought our drinks and checked on us throughout the meal. Unforgettable experience… LUV IT HERE
I was craving tacos and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, for the price point, it felt more like an outdoor club patio with Tulum-inspired decor and a mixed Mexican/international menu, rather than a true traditional Mexican restaurant.
I ordered a glass of white wine, but the server brought guacamole instead a strange and slightly comical mix-up. To add to the surprise , there’s a club entrance right in front of some of the tables, which completely throws off the dining vibe, but ok.
We ordered the Chingon burger (well done, no cheese) and tacos al pastor. The guacamole was made tableside, which was a nice touch, but the burger still came with cheese. At that point, I had lost my appetite and just took it to go.
The concept has potential the place is pretty and has a vibrant Latin aesthetic, but the food accuracy, service, and pricing need serious improvement. With so many international dishes on the menu, it’s hard to see it as a “true” Mexican spot.
We went for a birthday dinner so it was a group of about 7 of us. We were sat right away. The hostess was very nice and so accommodating as we needed her to hold/hide a cake for us! She did so graciously and didn’t charge us a cake cutting fee which was very nice considering some places in the area do!
We ordered the guac with ribeye and it was AMAZING. I don’t think I ever want to eat guac without some protein in it! That was so good. We had a bunch of other apps. The empanadas were delicious as well as the caprese.
For the main dish I had the picanha tacos. So interesting how it comes. The cheese almost looks like a chip and you crack it then put it in the tortilla. It was so beyond good. The sauces were also so delicious. Highly recommend just trying a little bit of everything!
The drinks were also soooo good. I had a passion fruit almarita which was delicious and an espresso martini!
There is a nightclub in the building. The waitress took us over which was pretty fun to end the night! The music wasn’t that great but we still had fun.
I would absolutely go back. Everything was 5 stars. From the flavors to the entire experience!
