I honestly hate complaining about food. I had a really good food here like a year ago. Since then I had about 3 more orders and they have been going down in quality . I wanted to give them one more chance and I got two orders of chicken kebab on rice and chicken biryani.
The kebabs are so small and charred beyond edible. I had to throw away the first one because it was so charred to a point I couldn’t eat it. The photo is the second one, I only remembered to take a pic after throwing away the first one. There was no one waiting in the line and the food took 25 minutes to get ready. Probably the reason it was so charred.
The biryani is nicely spiced but the rice is a bit too wet.

I don’t think I can come back again to try this.

Be careful when paying the bill. At first, you’ll see one price displayed on the board, then a different price listed on the menu for the same food item, and finally, they charge yet another amount—plus additional tax. When I questioned the discrepancy, the staff simply said they didn’t know the correct price and blamed the system for being wrong.
When I asked why the price kept changing, one of them responded, “I’m Muslim, there are cameras around you,” and dismissed my concern by saying, “What are you going to do about 50 cents?” He denied everything and refused to take any responsibility. He is very rude as well. And the gulab Jamun and coconut water tin are the most worst things. It’s not even fresh. Not worth it. I ordered Chicken over rice – please see how the prices got changed in each photo.

It is a small place meant for take out mostly. There is no sitting area and all the food is served in the to-go containers. The whole place seem so run-down. I dont think they spend any money to decorate, paint, or even clean the area for a place that has been open less than a month. The worst was the windows to the restaurant!! Come on, just take a towel and clean the windows. It doesn’t take much to do so.
The food was surprisingly good with large portions. I had chicken rice. Spicy enough and really different. I may go back if they clean the windows to the store at least.

I’ve been here several times since they opened. The food is always delicious, and the people are nice. Don’t be deterred by the mediocre reviews; just adjust your perspective and all will be well. This is a different kind of experience than the typical American dining experience. They may not have everything on the menu, you might not know the actual price of the food, and the appearance of the place may not be 5 star.
But you go with it and you get delicious food that is packed with flavor. To me, that’s what really matters.

I come a lot here, at-least twice a week and I really love the food. But recently, they’ve been decreasing the quantity of the food. The shawarma wrap I ordered, decreased the size substantially when compared to two months back. I want to visit more, but if this keeps going, I’ll have to stop going here

They had no beef so all those dishes were unavailable and he didn’t know what Baklava was even though it’s on their menu.
Food was warm, not hot upon receipt.
Chicken over Rice tasted like onions only.
Chicken Sharwma was drowned in the sauce at the bottom.
Overall the food was okay, not amazing but not bad either.

MUST TRY! Chicken biryani was mild but very flavorful!! They have a Telugu chef.
Will definitely become a regular food spot for us.

Tried this place for the first time last night. Chicken over rice was delicious and fresh, portion was generous. The pita and hummus were also very tasty. The menu is pretty diverse, so our family will go back soon to try more options. I do wish the menu was a little more descriptive and concise. I encountered a slight language barrier so I was unable to leave a tip with my the credit card, but the order was correct and the guy (owner? employee?) was nice. Will definitely be back, it’s good to have a quick middle eastern food option in Springfield again.

EDIT: I fear I may not have done this place justice in my first review. It’s really great and I look forward to trying it again. The dish I had was like a fusion of middle-eastern and Indian food. The rice was light and perfect. The food was packed with flavorful spice, but not the burning kind of spice. Everyone should try this place.

Made my first visit. Menu is priced very fairly considering the way most places are going these days. Food was pretty tasty, but something a bit odd to my taste in there. Service was fine. They were out of falafel which is too bad considering a fairly small menu. I like a small menu, as it means focus on getting a few things perfect, but then you have to actually have it all on hand! Will update after a return trip.

Last three times I’ve ordered here they’ve cancelled items and not told us till we either don’t get food or something is missing. They don’t offer much on the menu and it’s usually pretty dry or too spicy to eat.
