I am both a customer of All Original and a professional DoorDasher delivery person in the local area.
The carnivore specialty pizza is my favorite! It’s loaded up with all kinds of fabulous meats and I always throw some mushrooms on top, it is my favorite pizza to date!
As a professional delivery person, I delivered to a truckstop off of old Tuscaloosa Highway today. The fellow that I delivered to today told me he always tries to order from them when he comes to town, because the pizza is so good. I agree! And the restaurant was very careful to give him a zillion packets of Parmesan cheese at his request.

First time eating here. Food was really good. Only two issues: they don’t accept tap nor did they have spinach as an add on. Other than this it was a really good experience. I ordered two large specialty pizzas (chicken Alfredo pizza and a meat lovers pizza), 20 wings and garlic bread.

Called to order pizza asked for a pepperoni pizza and had to pay $1.99 extra for the pepperoni. When I questioned why was I charged extra the RUDE guy said they don’t have just a pepperoni pizza it’s called build your own. I also ordered a carnivore pizza withOUT crust or sauce, as my husband can’t eat it. Each time I asked a question his reply was “yeah that’s what I just told you”. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager. As this is a delivery and we have to meet at a public business since they don’t order to my house, I started to ask a question and he hung up. I called back to ask if they would call when they were en route? Since we don’t live at the bank. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. I hope he isn’t the best employee you have, if so, shut the door until you can hire better.

I’m still finding my “go-to” restaurants in the area & let me just say this place has won the pizza title! 1st time was a pizza night date & it was 10/10 (Carry out). The 2nd time I placed a DoorDash order… a mistake was made by them, BUT food still 10/10. The 3rd time (Carry out), 10/10 because they remembered the mistake & I had a credit on my account. That’s some GREAT customer service! I’ve had the meat lovers & the buffalo chicken pizza!

Awesome pizza! Great price! Fantastic service! We didn’t know they were a carryout/delivery but we were directed to Grace Life Baptist Church- that has a lake and picnic tables- it was the perfect spot to enjoy a terrific pizza!

Quite dissappointed in the spaghetti dinner from All Original and forgetting our 2 liter drink. The plate looked normal at first glance. Then noticed the 5 meatballs were cut in thin halves! Having to cut costs I’m assuming, but still charging $14.. Just to clarify, I called and asked to speak to a manager before giving a bad review. Hoping it was a mixup, but the young lady on the phone told me they quit using whole meatballs a year or two ago due to complaints of them being a *choking hazard*? I stated my disappointment of the food and service to the lady on the phone, but she seemed to care less and just wanted me off the phone. The utter disregard for my complaint is what sealed the deal for us to not eat here anymore.

This place is truly a Gem….Brooklyn took my order and i think prepared my pizza but all the staff are very friendly and helpful…kinsey Also ..In a competitive location yet still stands out, I always try to find something unique and different this was definitely it the sauces for the wings are insanely good i love spicy however all the flavors arent on the menu but they inform you of new flavors prices are reasonable this is way better than your typical pizza joint B

Pizza is pretty good and customer service is decent! My daughter and I order here all the time. They started a new rewards program with an app! DO NOT USE THE APP. They can add rewards with your phone number. The app is full of glitches and my order was completely wrong. Not only did I pay for the wrong food I had to pay for the correct food at full price. No refund or apology was offered. Very disappointed but once they got it right it was as good as usual.
