I really have to say this in all honesty that this restaurant has some of the best fried shrimp ever and when it comes to big shrimp this place puts the icing on the cake. I had their jump shrimp that was very well seasoned and so GOOD the spaghetti was ok as well. The customer service that my husband I received was so welcoming. The cashier Tanya, she rocks. I know good people when I see them and she’s one of them.

I really like the food here. It’s made to order and always nice and hot when I get it. I’m partial to the southern version of the catfish nuggets and fish strips. My biggest issue with this place is the WAIT TIME. It doesn’t matter when I go. Weekday or weekend, middle of the day or evening. My food is NEVER at the time it’s supposed to be. And it’s not like a 5-10 minute wait. It’s like 20+ minutes after my selected pickup time. The woman who works the register is always so kind, but the wait time is enough to make me reconsider when I pick where to go for lunch/dinner.

So I really like this place. I tried the shrimp and it was fire. The crunchy flavorful crust was addicting. Each order comes with sauces included. My favorites were the hot tartar and the SS sauce (mustard but good).
I had the Mac which had veggies and a little tanginess. It hit the spot.
Finally, the southern fried fish sticks were a surprise. First bite, it was hot and was soft for my liking. After it cooled I really tasted the flavors and I really got it.

First time customer. Ordered a pound of shrimp with their shack sauce. The shrimp is similar to goose island. They were decent. The sauce is also similar to that tangy orange sauce at goose island. It was good but too much mustard. It’s also strange that they charge you for cocktail sauce. If you order shrimp, shouldn’t the cocktail sauce be a given? Customer service was great! They’re in a strip mall with extremely tight parking.
Overall: the shrimp was good. I would recommend giving them a shot.

Ordered the fish strips and catfish southern nuggets. I try to stay away from fried food, but this spot presents a problem. The fish was seasoned well and tasted good. And the packaging is nice too. One thing I felt like they skimped on was the lemon pepper on my fries, but the fish made up for that. Will order again.

I ordered The jumbo shrimp and 2 orders of the regular shrimp half Pound bags. The service was great, I like the shrimp too, but just a little too much bread for my taste maybe if they put a battered shrimp. The bread is too thick. I would like to try the catfish. I’d recommend it yes.

Great customer service, Decent size on the Jumbo Shrimp & very fair prices. Only thing I would add is the breading needs a lil bit of an upgrade, more flavor per say. So far, the mild sauce on the side is the main flavor for the shrimp.

Excellent fresh Shrimp and Catfish! The side orders are good. I really like the sphagetti and crab salad. The customer service is refreshing. The food is served without additude and drama. I love the fact the restaurant is spotless!

The Jumbo Wings and Sparklin Shimp were ok but the regular shrimp were awful and tasted like garlic powder was spilled into the batter, I threw them away after forcing down one shrimp, wasted my money

I attempted to order food from this restaurant thru grubhub and was informed that they’d run out of regular shrimp and could not complete my order. So I’m guessing the food must be delicious though I’ll probably never know. I simply don’t understand how a shrimp shack runs out of shrimp?! I appreciate them calling to tell me what the issue with my order was. But im still irritated.
