Had an absolutely fantastic evening at Ali’s Kitchen with a table of six, and we couldn’t fault a thing.
The food was outstanding – full of flavour and beautifully cooked. The lamb chops starter was something else, easily one of the best I’ve had. The mixed kebab was spot on, and the curries were packed with rich, delicious flavour that really stood out.
The service was brilliant – friendly, welcoming and made the whole evening even better. You can really tell there’s pride in both the front-of-house team and the chefs in the kitchen.
A huge thank you to the staff and credit to the chefs for such amazing food and a great atmosphere.
100% recommend – we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great dinner and were advised very well by the future owner of the restaurant. Food was both very tasty and plentiful. Ambiance could use some updating but I am sure that once the new owner has had time to put his mark on the place, all will be well. Highly recommended if you like tasty Indian food at a very reasonable price!

From the warm welcome to the knowledgeable and attentive service, my guests and I were thoroughly impressed. The recommendations provided by our server allowed us to explore delightful dishes that we had not previously encountered. As an avid curry enthusiast, I was especially pleased with the diverse assortment of dishes. The quality and flavors of each dish were truly fantastic, and the passion displayed in every aspect of the new business was evident and commendable.

We have been here regularly amongst our family for the last year or so and it’s always been great.
They have recently changed their chef and it is has hands down one of the best Currys I have ever had , I have lived and worked all over the north of England and have eaten in some of the most iconic restaurants and hidden gems all over , this really is world class .
Every single dish on our table was perfect .
All of them seemingly unique and fresh , they all had great texture and depth of flavour that tasted like they had been cooked down and not just built quickly from a common vegetable base like in other restaurants .
The service and recommendations are outstanding ( Thanks Aman* please correct my spelling !).
The new menu is vast , we are going to have to come back at least once a week to try it all . I will be bringing all my friends here .
