Absolutely loved this bakery! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell they put real care into their recipes. The bread was soft on the inside with the perfect crust, and the pastries were flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet. Their desserts looked as good as they tasted — it was hard to choose just one.
The staff were friendly, patient, and happy to help with recommendations. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had that amazing fresh-baked smell the moment you walk in.
Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you want quality baked goods and great service! ✨

Found this bakery after seeing a post on Instagram. The owner’s post are meaningful and touching accounts of his family’s journey to the US. I was so happy to learn he is located in Everett! We jumped in the car and headed north. I had my heart set on pita bread but the naan (so nice and fresh)was still warm. Will go back for pita this week. We tried the cookie butter, chocolate and the ube tiramisu croissants, all were so darn good! Love the cream filling! We also got labneh(yogurt), which was the best Ive ever had. It’s so rich and creamy. I am a fan!

Everything from their croissants, manakish, to their baklava is truly made with care and attention as if it were made personally for you by your family, friend, or neighbor. They are incredibly warm and quick to answer any questions you have about their food.
The croissants are buttery and flakey, and the fillings are generous yet balanced. You can see and taste every gorgeous laminated layer. There’s always some new amazing flavor for you to try, because the owner loves to innovate! (I grabbed ube dough w/pistachio filling- so good!)
We also took a knafeh home and popped it in the air fryer. It made our apartment smell sooo lovely and the taste is balanced with savory and sweet.
I think the best food comes from family, friends, and neighbors. Every year on my birthday, my friend’s grandmother would bake a huge tray of baklava just for me. I’ve been chasing that taste for many years, but I never found anything that came close. I can stop now tho, because the baklava at Alida’s Bakery is that amazing! It’s perfection- soaked in honey, delicate and rich, made with as much love as grandma’s. I’m still thinking about that first bite and planning my next trip to Everett to order more.
So anyway, consider supporting your neighbor, Alida’s Bakery, for your next sweet (or savory) treat!

Came here for the variety of amazing croissants (my fav is the biscoff & vanilla tiramusu) and in-house made Dubai Chocolate. Coming back again for the fresh bread, baklava and kind service. You really can’t go wrong stopping here.

My personal favorite is the za’atar manakish. The flavor is incredible—earthy, aromatic, and slightly tangy with that beautiful blend of herbs and olive oil. It has such an exotic, comforting taste that’s hard to find anywhere else. Every bite feels authentic and satisfying.
If you love great bread and bold Middle Eastern flavors, Alida’s is absolutely worth the visit.

I have to say, this is the best baklava I’ve ever had—though I’ll admit, I’m no expert. Based on the few samples I’ve tried in the States, this one stands out as my favorite. It’s far from one-dimensional; there’s a beautiful balance of texture, layered flavor, and just the right touch of sweetness. The croissant, too, was impressive—crisp on the outside, chewy within, and perfectly complemented by the pistachio cream.

Happened to be in Everett for work on a Monday and was so excited to try Alida’s bakery after following on social media for months! Even though they were sold out of most pastries including the popular croissants (it was later in the day, so it is highly recommended to get there early), the pita and Manakish I got to try were absolutely delicious! I took extra home to freeze since I live about 40 minutes away. Also, shout out to the very kind and hardworking young man working solo behind the counter. Not only was his customer service top notch, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back. Also, the prices are very fair! Wishing them continued success.

These baked goods melt in your mouth! The pistachio croissant is so crunchy and decadent. You have to try the manakish or mini pizzas! An amazing baker and even better father
