This place has hometown charm,My go to spot for home made Midwest food. And,The home made pies are no comparison to Costco pies. This place uses Fresh ingredients here and the flavor is real ingredients, all home made. As well as cakes here , also homemade and very good.

This is a little bed n breakfast house w a small dining room. A very old place, the nostalgia is what you go to experience. They were done serving lunch when we arrived but still had pie, brownies, ice cream and ala carte snacks like chips, crackers, candy bars. It reminds me more of an old time store that might serve soup and sandwiches over the noon hour. Cute place to stop in and see but I wouldn’t rely on having a meal here unless you get there between 11-1.
