Alibi was awesome. Room at the hotel… not so great. Smelled like sewage upon entering. Was told they couldn’t smell. Pool was cold nol by experience but by people informing me. Room was okay. Had issues entering. Was super cold but turned the heat up. Fridge was disgusting. Moldy and had something growing in it.
When addressed was told I was harassing the staff and threatened to be kicked out after I prepaid. Was told I was upgraded for a double bed that was the same as mine with the inconvenience of changing rooms. I liked this place before but probably won’t stay here again. Rudeness!

Came there to sing karaoke around 10pm. The karaoke guy said the list was full. Stayed there for a couple hours only watching his friends go up and sing a few times each. Never in my life I’ve been so disappointed. The bar was ok. Ok service, affordable drinks and pizza. You pay for what you get with a 10 minute wait.

Unacceptable. One bartender there is decent the rest of the service was rude and slow. The place is a dump, watch for black mold. I recommend going almost anywhere else. Might be the worst bar in Fargo.

We gambled as well. Food is good The service was great I believe the bartender’s name was Shelby She was awesome It was busy and she kept up. Will be back next time we’re go through here

Ok first of all I love the atmosphere at this bar but the service sucks. The blond curly haired waitress (Marissa?) needs to be replaced. We were getting phenomenal service from the other girl working then shift changed and the blond took over and she refused to leave the bar to take any orders. There was only one person sitting at the bar and she still never came to see if we needed drinks. I used to come here several times a week when there was better service but the last 3 times I came here last July November and now February this lady has been working and was so inattentive I am sad to have to abandon my favorite place to drink.

The temp was way too hot about 85° in the bar. Bar stools were wobbly. Almost all the chairs/bar stools seats were torn or had holes in the seats. No food available. Light haired bartender was nice and friendly. Dark haired bartender was rude and acted as it was a bother for her to wait on customers.

The bartender was more than accommodating, but that’s as good as it gets. Very limited alcohol selection and an even smaller of food options. This is the first place I’ve been where Crown is as good as it gets… No Pendleton, Knob, or Makers. Friendly and clean, but definitely needs a bigger selection of everything, especially with the on premise restaurant closed.

Total scam. If your a guest at the hotel read the fine print written on the rules. Stood at desk to cash out for 30 minutes and no one came. Went to room. Came back next day they said ticket is void. Total scam! Enjoy the $100. I’ll never spend a nickel there again! Scam Central!
