I normally love this place. Great pizza and the staff are friendly. However, when I went in tonight (6/30/20), I could see that the staff are not following covid-19 health and safety guidelines. One person cooking food was not wearing a mask. Another person behind the counter had his mask fully pulled down under his chin. Normally, I love ordering from this place, but I will think twice before ordering from them again during this pandemic.

This place has an extensive menu with reasonable prices. This is my go to spot for pizza and subs in Melrose. I have never been disappointed with their food and exceptional customer service. Also, I’ve been told that other Alfredo’s locations are operated by the same family, so there is consistency.

A delivery service delivered my food to the wrong address. I spoke with the assistant manager and he made my order and had it delivered quickly. The meal was great as well as the effort he took. I work as a nurse and I was looking forward to it. He delivered it and it was very much appreciated.

Alfredos is my go to for a quick sandwich – and they always have a great sandwich ready super quick. Staff have always been very friendly. My wife found some of the food to be a bit greasy however our neighbor loves the same dish so could just be personal preference. Overall, a solid Melrose establishment.

Really good food. I’m very picky about my chicken alfredo and theirs is perfect. It’s thick, smooth, and creamy. Only pepsi products though. Pizza is okay, a bit greasy but ive definitely had way worse.

Unbelievable how rude they are when they make a mistake on something simple like a pizza. For the order taker over the phone to state my husband did not order it correctly, when I’m sitting next to him while he did, is ludicrous. To then argue with me and tell me sarcastically what a “nice lady you are” was simply unnecessary. I asked him are you going to make it right and that’s when the arguing ensued. My family and I have been ordering from this establishment for years but to be treated with such uncalled for disrespect is not tolerable. There’s too many other good establishments that respect their customers and actually get the order right Never again, they’re not the only game in town.
