Food was pretty good. The service was excellent. They did a massive remodel to this place almost unrecognizable compared to what it used to be. Kinda miss the old nostalgic look it had but either way it looks very good in there. The pizza is excellent here

Unfortunately our favorite restaurant has changed drastically since ownership switched hands from the Quagliatta family. We have been coming here since the old days of the Spaghetti Company. After it moved to the hotel to become Alfredo’s At The Inn, it still had a very nice ambiance, people dressed up, the lights were dim, soft music played, and we considered it to be a top-notch restaurant.
Slowly but surely it has been on the decline. Within the past few years, prices have soared to nearly double what they were 3 years ago, the atmosphere is no longer soft and romantic, and the food is starting to change for the worse too.
What was once a beautiful ambiance is now a very bright, white, stark, sterile environment with no music or music so soft you can’t even hear it, the sound of everyone talking just bounces all over the place like a cafeteria. The chairs are incredibly uncomfortable and even when you make reservations and request a barrel, you don’t get it. I requested this for Valentine’s Day because they are romantic and private and they sat us smack in the middle of the restaurant where we could not even hear each other speak.the lights are so bright, the colors so stark white, it feels like you are eating at a hospital, not a nice Italian restaurant.
The service was good overall, but the server was clearly overwhelmed. We received our appetizers and salads, but no silverware was on the table. The cheese for pasta is no longer the fresh Romano, it is now the stale Parmesan. The bread is no longer a huge basket of a variety of breads, it is one piece each of a bland roll.
The veal parm is now served without sauce, which is not only odd, but when you ask for it, they only gave one little side to my husband, none to me, and we got the same thing! Everyone around us happened to order the veal as well and everyone complained about no sauce and all had to request it. It took the server quite awhile to get this to everyone and by then the veal was cold.
Hopefully they never mess with the Quagliatta Family recipe for the salad dressing or the veal
Parm. Once they do that, we will never come back.
We used to come here once a week for years. Since things have started to decline, it has become once every couple of months. After the not-so-great experience on Valentine’s Day, neither of us is crazy about coming back any time soon. It’s too bad. Had the ambiance and quality stayed the same, the higher prices would be justified. Now, you don’t even have silverware on the table, the shortcuts with the bread and cheese is very noticeable, and you feel like you are eating in a hospital cafeteria.

Reincarnated “Spaghetti Company” formerly down the street in the 1970s and beloved for its family style Italian classics. Nested in the Holiday Inn, with a gorgeous patio, the even kept the huge wine barrel booths from the original place. Bar area with happy hour. Pastas, salads, chicken, fish, and veal standards. Weekday specials and holiday buffets. The Monday night veal parm special is a great value, with soup, salad, pasta and veal, along with a fried dough desert to top it off.

Everything was very fresh! We had two different types of sauce forthe mussels. I personally liked the red sauce better. Garlic was good. PS, dipp your bread in the sauce you won’t be disappointed! The food was really good too! Service was really good as well!

Fairly good food. Husband had clam sauce over spaghetti. I had potato crusted cod. The clam sauce was excellent, and the cod had nice texture. Cousin had salmon, and she said it was good. The portion was fairly large. Staff was attentive. Overall, we were happy.

I stayed at the hotel that restaurant is attached to and basically ate here for 4 out of the 5 days I was in town
The manager is on top of her game. Servers are great as well. I showed up about 6pm on Friday night and couldn’t get a seat for 30 mins. That tells me the food and service is as good as I thought.
I ate the lasagna 3 out of 4 nights and it was fantastic. The 3rd night gave myself a pasta break with the chicken salad, was delicious as wel

The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They were close to closing for lunch and still sat us and didn’t rush us while we ate. We later went back to the bar and experienced incredible service and hospitality.
