Thank you Al for a wonderful luncheon. All of the food was delicious. The bread was also a very big hit. Let me not forget to mention the mini Cannoli which were outstanding. Great pizza, I stop here for lunch time to time. The owner Al and his wife are great people. They great you with a smile and are very friendly. Usually BS with Al for a few minutes then leave. Try the chicken parm hero with vodka sauce.

The food was ok. The restaurant needs updating. The service was terrible. It took over an hour for one salad, one panini that was definitely a sub, and an order of fries. The owner told us they were slammed which is why our order was taking so long but it was empty. The worse part was watching the owner stick his ungloved hand into the pizza toppings, take something out of there and eat it…then continue to prep food. Luckily the woman working was taking care of all of our food. I would NEVER go back.

Al is great and his wife is too! They work very hard and deliver a great product. Pizza is very authentic, it’s not like what you get from most common pizza joints. Their other food is also very authentic, they’re always trying new dishes out too, so you’ll usually see something unique for sale at least once a week.

Alfonso’s has been my go-to pizza place in Middletown since 2019. The quality is always consistent, the pizza is amazing, and the jumbo slices never disappoint. The owners are welcoming and clearly care about their customers.

The freaking bomb!! I’ve been living in Middletown coming from, Westchester county and this by far has been the best food ! Owners are sweet and amazing ! Food was delicious! Great hospitality at pick up and I swear the owner reminded me of my dads family lol!
My daughter was in love with the chicken parm !

I ordered delivery. It was almost 830pm I was fortunate that they were still willing to deliver because they close at 9pm…however, I live right down the road (walking distance) but, it’s just myself and my 5 year old. Therefore, I wanted delivery. They charged me 40$ for ONE large cheese pie AND 10 mild wings! 40$!? And the wings were PLAIN! No mild sauce, nothing! Dry wings and cold pizza. Oh and even though I called at 824pm he arrived at 910pm..and I’m literally 5 mins away walking distance. Food was cold and plain. 40$ is crazy to me. I’ll stick with Yovanis in Middletown from now on. This was a last resort!
