Food was absolutely delicious! I got the Panang Curry with Chicken and it comes with rice on the side. You can choose what spice level you want or ask for the chili oil on the side. This is definitely a comfort food meal. My husband got the same meal but with duck. Atmosphere was nice and quaint. The hostess and server were very nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming again!

My husband and I are passing through town and the bartender at our hotel recommended this restaurant. I ordered the eggplant entree with added chicken and my husband ordered green curry. The food came right out from the kitchen piping hot- I’ve never had food this hot (temp) in a restaurant so extra points! Both of us loved our meals and the staff were very friendly. We highly recommend this place!

I always make it a point to stop by Alex Thai in downtown Chattanooga whenever I’m in town, it never disappoints! The chicken fried rice and prik pow noodles are two of my absolute favorite dishes. Portions are generous (easily enough for two people), so I always end up taking leftovers home, definitely a great value for the price.
The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. Ryan always takes care of me when I visit, super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, which adds to the great experience. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving Thai food that’s both flavorful and affordable!

We stopped in to share a summer roll, thai tea, and pad thai. Staff were amazing, atmosphere great, and the pad thai has a unique flavor profile that nearly made me tear up. I’d tell anyone with a tongue to try this.

My wife and I sat at the bar, I had the pad Thai beef and she had the Pho. We both shared the apps ( crab ragoon and some ginger beef stuff – I forgot what it’s called). Washed the food down with a couple of beers and a Thai Tea.
This might be my new favorite Thai spot in Chattanooga. Fully satisfied!

Cute little restaurant! The staff were very kind and attentive. The food was AMAZING! Make sure to read the spice level menu, bc some dishes can have a good bit of heat, but the food was still soooo good. We got the sizzling beef, pad tai, and vegetarian Ramen. Oh, and the portions sizes are enough for lunch the next day. We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

Good food, but after multiple times getting takeout, getting home, and realizing something is wrong with the order, I cannot recommend getting takeout from this place. Dine in, or have them untie the knots on the bags to make sure everything is in there before leaving. Unfortunately, I cannot trust Alex Thai to get my takeout order correct – even after verifying it with them on the phone.
