Super friendly, fast, fresh. Burritos are hefty, well worth the $10.50 price point! Don’t shy away from the lengua (tongue), it’s was cooked beautifully. 16 oz coke in the glass was the perfect drink to share on a sunny afternoon! We can’t wait to come back and try the tacos.

Great taco truck, I like the smiling man at the window, always friendly. I usually get the al pastor tacos, able to get here and back for my 30min lunch break. 3 tacos are enough for a working man like me. Not a huge fan of the beef tacos, can be dry. Really decent hot sauce, the red is legit spicy. They sell Takis here too.

I love love love this place with a passion, their tacos are by far the most authentic and you ca6 go wrong for the price, the lengua and chorizo are both my favorites and the horchata is amazing. The owner is a super nice person and knows that I appreciate his food 1000%. I go at least once a week to my favorite place, Alex’s Tacos!

Outstanding! I do not say this lightly – hands down best tacos of my life. I live an hour and a half away but will absolutely make the trip back to have these tacos again!! Al pastor, chorizo and steak were all great. Friendly and cheap too!! Don’t leave Waynesboro without stopping here!

We had Alex’s Tacos come to our wedding in Staunton to set up as a late-night treat for all of our guests and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! They’re obviously a small taco truck operation and I’m not sure how many private events like this they would normally do, so it wasn’t a classic, standard wedding vendor experience in the lead up, but man, did they deliver! They were on site perfectly on time and ready to go and we go only rave reviews from everyone about the tacos and tamales. We had friends there who are food elitists and other friends who used to live in Mexico City and every single person was amazed at how good it was!!

I got the burrito and the quesadilla both were fantastic. The burrito was huge and if I wasn’t 22 I definitely couldn’t eat the whole thing. The steak quesadilla was excellent and the cheese really hit the spot for some reason. Employee was friendly and spoke good English. That green sauce that comes on the side has some heat so don’t be like me and dump it all over your burrito. Highly recommend this taco truck.
