Upon entering greeted by Alejandro and Jessica. Comfortable indoor seating. A couple picnic tables outside. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not a big place, “small kitchen”, but “big flavor”! Small menu with Alejandro saying will expand. Husband had pork tamales with rice and beans. Chunks of tender pork full of flavor. I had the flautas with rice and beans, again very flavorful. Top it off with their two salsas served with chips. Everything very good! If you’re looking for your not so typical Mexican food give him a try. Blessings to Alejandro for a successful business!

A great variety of food, portions are perfect, and it all tastes great! I got the Cajun shrimp pasta and my husband got the steak fajitas. The taste was phenomenal! Wonderful to have a taste of REAL home cooking. They decorated up the restaurant so nice, and everyone that works here also has amazing customer service! Best Restaurant in Carlsbad!! Definitely worth checking out

I ordered the Cajun pasta with shrimp and also ribs. The cajun pasta sauce needs to be bottled and sold in stores, amazing! The rib has a sweet taste and were very tender.
