We were in Greenwood for my husband’s job. We arrived in town shortly after 9:00. We always like to try local spots,and this place did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and super attentive, especially our server/bartender,Aubrey! The food was exceeded our expectations,especially the deep dish pizza I ordered. So,if you ever find yourself visiting Greenwood this is THE place to go! 10/10 would recommend!

Wings as always were spot on, and the bleu cheese is great. The fries were just a little too soft for my liking but were at least cooked all the way through.

Every time we are in the area, this place is always packed. We decided to drive by and noticed it wasn’t that packed and went in. To our surprise, we were correct!
We got a table in the bar area and were greeted shortly thereafter. Our drink orders were taken and our server came back quickly with our beverages.
We ordered some breadsticks with white queso as an appetizer. They came out quickly and were hot and fluffy!
My wife decided on the Ale Panini and I got the Black Jack Burger for entrées. Each plate came out and at first glance, they looked great. The my wife noticed something wrong with her plate. The server came over and had the kitchen remake her sandwich. Shortly afterwards, the manager came over and apologized for the mishap. She took care of our meals as compensation, which was very nice of her to do! That is good customer service on their part!
As far as taste goes, my wife said the panini was tasty and rather pesto-y. My burger was cooked to a nice mid-rare, which doesn’t happen often, so that was a great thing to see!
Overall, if we were hungry and this place was not busy, we would consider coming back.

My friend and I both had this dish. I highly recommend this. I had it with chicken and a variety of veggies and the brown rice was cooked to perfection.

So my girlfriend and I came here for our 2 year anniversary. Atmosphere was great from the servers to the environment and everything in between. Waiter was great. We got ale stuffed breadsticks and why got a white hoagie or a sandwich which I cant remember exactly. I got the ham and cheese on a pretzel bun. My food was fantastic. My gf said the sauce kind of overpowered the other flavors of the sandwich so she didnt really enjoy it but its not really issue on restaurants part. But we both say we are going to come back again and try something else. Definitely recommend people check it out!

1st time here. We walked in, greeted & right away they had our #, as we waited a few minutes (it was really busy.)
Once we were sat, we were greeted in less than a minute for drinks. Justin was a great server. Knowledgeable of the menu, had us try each of the wing sauces, stopped to make sure we have everything we needed and wanted (before we were close to being empty.)
Impressed w/Justin, his communication & service on his other tables as well.
Management (Leah & another in the back, whose name we can’t remember), Justin did a great job at making us wanting to come back The teamwork & communication throughout the restaurant was impressive. Everyone was everywhere, getting food, clearing tables & talking w/guests. We look forward to coming back

I like Ale Emporium. They have a good sized menu so everybody can find something that they like. I have a friend who doesn’t like their pizza but I certainly do. I need the margherita pizza so no meat on mine. I do not much care for their cocktails though! They are definitely underwhelming. The hubby likes their wings and their tenderloin.

The best thing they had was the pizza. My son loves pizza and it was teen approved. It was his first time having deep dish he ordered the 10in i think which was six slices. They were not stingy with the toppings or the cheese. I have heard alot of good things about the wings, the buffalo ones were very soft/chewy and still pale in color like they were microwaved. I ordered the herminaki wings and i asked for them to be made crispy which they were but some were dry and hard like they had been sitting there for quite some time. The appetizer was good we got the trio fried pickles potato skins and chicken tenders. I dont like that alot of things were charged separately like if you ordered wings to get them flavored its an extra 1.50 All in all we spent 180 for the entire bill. It was an experience but I dont think it is for me and my family. The place is nice and open. tv’s everywhere but the food is not for us

I ordered the large wing order, (for 3 people to share) and asked for extra veggies. Was 47$ and came with 1 4oz sauce container and literally this was all the veggies I got. I had to pay 7 dollars for 2 more sauce containers and asked for extra veggies and it just came out with 2 more carrots and 2 celery sticks What an absolute joke and waste of money!!!!! Will NOT be ordering from here again.

We came in tonight for a quick bite after work, we just ordered appetizers but we sat at a table in the bar an Amber was our server. She was Amazing. Great knowledge over the menu, very attentive and very friendly. The food was great. Our only issue was it was 11:45 when we came in so we ordered our food quickly, we thought the kitchen closed at 1, so we put our order in right away, however as we sat and observed the bartender, however friendly he was, we were disgusted with his cleaning techniques. He was wiping down the bar and the well over a full bin of ice that servers in the bar get their ice from to make soft drinks, we observed him spray either disinfectant or glass cleaner into the stainless steel well as it was dripping off the side into the ice on the side closest to us before he could wipe it down. Thoroughly disgusted, cross contamination, definitely won’t be back anytime soon if ever. Great hire on Amber though!
