Food was not what I thought it would be. Fries were overcooked literally almost burned them, so crunchy I could barley eat them. Tacos were OK. Carnitas was dried out and Asada is just flavorless.

If you don’t know from my other reviews I’ve posted over the years, I like to be as detailed as I possibly can. Alrighty so where to start? Idk but I don’t think this the chain Alberts Mexican Food restaurants over southern Cali.. since I can’t hear any of you audibly I am going to say no.
Because if you have tried one of those places you know their food is pretty good, tbh better than Mi Ranchito. I’m just saying, I came from Los Angeles to Palmdale a while back and have since found just a couple, and I mean a couple of tacos establishments that I worth to go back to. And this location I would add to that list.
Is it because I didn’t eat lunch at work and drove a good 40+ miles work to home and with hunger pains that I stopped here to “check it out” and the food tasted good.. or is it the fact the food IS GOOD.
I’m a sucker for fish tacos. But not just any fish tacos, I love Ensenada style fish tacos. And nothing WILL ever top the authenticity of actually being in Ensenada and enjoying freshly prepared fish tacos ( my taste buds knows!) this fish tacos was Baja style, but didn’t compare-however it was decent. A bit too much batter than fish, but overall good tacos. Price $3.99 is ok too.
Alright so I was in a mood of some crunch crunch, I got the order of 3 rolled taquitos.
When I was given the food, I noticed they are served in one of those meal prep containers. I mean I know you all want to make a good impression being new and all, but honestly I think you’ll do fine with regular white non plastic containers. Don’t get me wrong I welcome free “Tupperware “ lol ya sabes us Mexicans waste not want not! I’ll make good use of those containers. But seriously I’m sure those cost pretty penny and if you want to keep your cost of operation down, try settling with the paper or styrofoam containers. I’m just saying…
When I opened the container and saw those well garnished rolled taquitos, lathered them with the green salsa and took my first bite, yum the crunch was satisfying! I chosen my eyes and while I was chewing I imagined them to be those delish Cielitos Lindo taquitos in LA at La Placita Olvera. All you guys need to make is the rich avocado salsa they make there and you have the next best thing here in Palmdale! Really! It was that good.
Will I come again? Didn’t I mentioned that in the beginning of my review this place will be added to the list of worth coming back to.
And I will comeback, back with the antojo to try the menudo and the street style tacos. IF those are as good as I’ve read the other reviews then you got a regular customer. Because man cannot eat fish tacos and taquitos alone… gotta have variety.

We came here a few days ago and ordered fish tacos- they were delicious! Then, I went back a few days later and ordered the same thing. This time they smothered the fish in seasoned salt! It was so disgusting! I felt like I was going to have a heart attack if I attempted to eat them. I had to give service 4 stars because the young lady that took my order had the cook remake them w/o seasoned salt. I’ll give this place one more chance. Like I said, the first time was amazing.

We ordered from here recently as we wanted to try out the new shop. We ordered the birria curly fries, burrito, and tacos a la carte. The service was pleasant and smooth. Food was done relatively quick. It was still warm and delicious by the time we got it home. Definitely coming again.

I order a ham egg and cheese burrito, it tasted good I would eat it again. I feel they were not prepared to serve breakfast yet. what is breakfast without a coffee I had to buy my coffee next door. I hope will have coffee soon

I tried this place and I was sad they were out of sopes, so I got the taquitos and the fish tacos instead. This did not dissapoint! The taquitos were loaded and so good. The fish tacos were good as well, and Im going back tonight for more taquitos!

Had some bomb menudo there today. This is my 6 time eating here on 2 weeks. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. All the food is fire.
