Let me start by saying I’m from the home of the best Mexican food north of the border, San Diego. and we have tried MANY places in this area. None have met our standards until we tried this place! Carne asada is flavorful. Salsas are perfection. French fries have the perfect amount of crunch. We’re so happy we found this place!!

Wow what the he’ll is going on here. One of my favorite things is hole in the wall mexican food. And Albertos has been around for years. This one is new to the area my first time in. I think something is wrong because this place is really bad all the food was bland and flavorless like if it was frozen or canned The worst thing of all I got 2 burritos and 6 hot sauce cups for $47 buck before tax, And didn’t even get a napkin. The extremely disappointed worker in the place that was super busy playing with his phone. And absolutely too pissed off to help, he explain to me The price of everything went up, old man just deal with it. I said $26.50 for a carnitas, burrito at a dive place is ridiculous. I got them anyway, and I think I’ve had taquitos, bigger. I would suggest to stay away from this place. They either need to change their tactics by improving their food and workmanship, as well as revamp the price on the menu before I will ever return, good luck to you. In this extremely competitive market, you’re playing in. By the way, the hot sauce cups, he tried to charge me a $1.85 each

I hate to give a negative review because we were so excited for this place to open… but Totally disappointed in the service and the food. Guac looks/tastes a little old and forgot sour cream on my carne asada fries (that were not hot) :/ we also ordered rolled tacos

$16 for a small burrito, I was expecting one of those super large flour tortillas. Not worth the price! Service was average. Up charge for EVERYTHING. The actual taste was subpar.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless u want to get super sick with food poisoning!!! No customers in the store, order takes 25 min for a steak burrito. I get my burrito and it’s cold. Not even like warm…..just cold. I didn’t bother eating it I just threw it in the trash where it belongs . Never again. What a joke. Can’t even make a basic burrito!!!

I was very specific what I wanted and even after she confirm that the California burrito did not have pick it did. I took a bite and it was supper salty and it also had guacamole in it which I told her no guacamole. I was the only one there yet my order was wrong. Never going there again.

Ordered ahead since this was the only place open 24/7 and wasn’t able to stop anywhere else for breakfast & when I got there to pick up my food they told me that had deliberately given my order away to someone else. I’m livid, what makes you think I’m not going to pickup something that I ordered. I’m starving, meanwhile someone else is having a really good day & enjoying my food. I didn’t have time to wait for them to make the items I had ordered that’s the whole point of ORDERING AHEAD and that weren’t able to give me a refund so now I’m out $30 and it’s the weekend so now I have to wait for the week until a manager shows up. This is unacceptable & I will not be coming back.

There’s a hand-written sign that says closed. Also now hiring info sheet on the door. They are definitely not open on Sunday morning (8am). Located right next door to Wing Stop and Everbowl. There’s 2 handicap parking spots and 6 normal parking spots in front.

I ordered a burrito and it was cold. I asked the server if they are serving cold food and he said it’s the pico de gallo. Terrible. Never serve cold food. Will not go back again with this experience.
