My only sadness is that I live in Aurora and this place operates in Pueblo. Best breakfast burrito I have had (outside my home) in years. We got Chorizo and asked for some jalapenos on the side and added them on. Perfect. I would ask for a little extra potatoes next time. Otherwise It was perfect and was a good price.

In a town with a lot of quality Mexican food, Alberto Tacos is one of the best. Their menu is extensive, offering all the usual a la carte dishes along with plates that come with rice and beans. It is a tiny little spot more suited for takeout, especially because it tends to get busy and crowded. I’m lucky to work right down the street, as I might not have given this place a try otherwise. Now that I have, I’ll definitely be making a trip for my lunch break regularly.

I WISH I did not have dietary restrictions, if I didn’t I’d make sure I spent money here every week. Here in Pueblos East Side food desert, this shining oasis is not just one of the only games in the neighborhood, it is one of Pueblos BEST Mexican Restaurants. If you are here from out of town, form the West or South sides, you MUST try this place. Not only is everything good, they actually care about getting your order right and seem to genuinely care about you. Even if you already have a favorite Mexican restaurant, this place deserves a try.
