Amazing food, open late, one of the best chains in California. Carnitas tacos and burritos, carne Asada fries, chilled rellenos burritos, rolled tacos with the cheese and guacamole are top recommendations. Number one item is the pollo asado burrito but the recipe has changed over the years or something and its still really good but it used to be even better before. The tortillas for the burritos are top tier. They are almost like a home made fresh tortilla. Even with food prices going up alot I got carne asada
Fries and a drink for less than 20 bucks. Alot of less quality fast food places cost just as much and you get less food low quality. Alberttoacos is worth the price and sometimes a long wait.

I can’t keep going back to this location. I work nearby so I used to love going through the drive-through and grabbing Carne Asada Fries and a drink to go. There’s a woman who regularly works the drive-through who more often than not either forgets my drink order or gets it wrong.

I ask for a Diet Coke because I have type 1 diabetes. On several occasions I’ve received a regular Coke or a regular Dr. Pepper. After the first couple times where I would drive back to work and realize it was wrong, I started taste testing in the drive-through and asking for them to correct it when it’s wrong.

On other occasions she just forgets the drink order flat out. There doesn’t appear to be any systems used to properly log the orders that are coming in. It feels like she just tries to commit the order to memory. My last interaction went like this:

Me: Hi I’ll take an order of the Carne Asada Fries and a medium diet coke

*Pull up to the window and She charges me, hands my card back with receipt and shuts the window*
*I unfold the receipt and see that I’ve only been charged for the fries*
*I know this isnt gonna be a situation where she hands me a free drink by accident, she’s just gonna hand me my food and say bye*
*Awkwardly try to wave at her to get her attention to open the window back up for over a minute*

Me: Hi I noticed you didn’t charge me for a drink, I wanna make sure I get that

Window: Oh sure let me do that. What drink?

Me: Medium diet coke

*She charges me and comes back*

Window: I’m giving you change because we had to do a new transaction for the drink and there’s a 5 dollar minimum.

*after a couple more minutes she hands me my food and says bye*

Me: And my drink?

Window: Oh sorry, what flavor was it?

Me: Diet Coke.

*She hands me a Large Diet Coke*

I realized later that she charged me for a large. It’s not that big of a deal but after so much hassle, realizing I had paid extra for a size I didn’t want was annoying.

I’ve been very patient with this place as a once in a while visit over the last 6 years and really do love my regular order, but I think I’ve had enough of the constant hassles.

Great service and the food was great. I got the carne asada fries with extra pico de Gallo. It was on the pricier end, but you get a lot of food.

I understand that Cannabis is legal in California, but that doesn’t mean you should smoke before you go to work, on a Sunday no less. I did change our order In Time, but they still got it wrong After Repeating it at Least (5) Times. !!!! Good News the Cashier was Friendly after that there is really nothing positive to say. Food is (Very) less than average.

This isn’t my first time being disappointed with the service here. Many times before the cashiers have been rude and the cooks seem like they don’t care. Today, 3/29/2020, at 12:30pm, I ordered food for my family. I had to come back 2 times because they didn’t get my order down all the way. The first time I made the order, they said they didn’t hear me mention the chicken enchiladas. The second time, I PAYED AGAIN for the chicken enchiladas and when I got home I find out the had given me this. This is not what’s advertised on their menu or yelp.

These “super fries” are almost $20. Half the container is barely full. I recommend looking at other Mexican food places in the area

Taste slmost exactly like the Albertacos location in Cypress, only this one has more salsa selections. A quick stop for some yummy Shrimp or Fish Burritos and Carne Asada Fries.

No bathrooms to wash your hands though. Pack some wipes because your hands will smell of food all day!
