I ordered the lunch special, this is what they gave me . I did not eat it. I wouldn’t give this chicken to a starving dog! The dryness, and presentation was unreal. I actually took it as an insult. I will never eat here or suggest this place . Who ever plated my food should be ashamed of them selves. Bad business . When I took it back the lady was very apologetic but it’s too late you basically gave me garbage to eat. I really think that’s the chicken from Friday, today is Monday.

Went here for dinner after hearing a few good things from friends, and overall it was a solid experience. The place felt welcoming and casual, nothing fancy but comfortable. I ordered a classic Haitian plate with rice, beans, and stewed meat, and the flavors were warm and filling. Portions were generous without being over the top. Service was friendly, though it took a little time for the food to come out, but that didn’t bother me much. You can tell the food is made with care and tradition. I’d come back again when I’m in the mood for something different but comforting.

It smelled like sewer water when we walked in which was a turn off. But because I was craving Haitian food I looked pass it .”red flag” Keep in mind this was my first time trying this restaurant I only stopped here because I was visiting PSL and didn’t feel like driving far to my Usual place. Food was the worse Haitian food I’ve ever had I couldn’t even finish my food I usually finish my plate eww not this time and my boyfriend didn’t like it either. This is usually one of my favorite places when I’m in town. I stopped here on 11/2/25 and had the worst food ever. The griot was fried so hard that I couldn’t chew it. The only reason I didn’t go back is because I was already down 95. I was very disappointed.
