The fish we got was really, really good. We ate more than we wanted to. It was so good. I loved the crispy texture on the outside and the super moist, soft interior. This is the kind of fish I could eat almost every day. Even the fries were really good. Hopefully, they’ll keep up the quality.

Great, great battered fish. It Is literally a fish bar….step up to the counter, place your order, ready in less than 15 minutes. No seats, standing room only. Perch, Cod and Whiting with fries and bread and peppers and onions on the side with each order. Usually eat 2 days off one basket. Great hidden gem in Cincy.

Even said it was not so hot! Didn’t want to refund money. Wanted to remake it was freshly made remaking wasn’t going to help the taste. The quality and taste was horrible. The Old Alabama fish bar is gone. Wasted 13.99 don’t let the pictures fool you. The size of the perch was no bigger than my index finger. If it was even fish. It was so nasty. This was nothing like we ever tasted. The side peppers and onions were even nasty.! What happened to asking if you want condiments added they went to packets. One thing for certain one thing for sure I won’t be returning in the garbage it went!!!!!! Wouldn’t feed this to anyone or a dog!! Oh it made me sick and nauseous!! I recommend not eating here!!!

First time customer and as the Terminator says, “I’ll be back”. Came across AF on Google maps some months ago while looking for a place to recommend to relatives. I got to try it myself and the fish was delicious. Cooked to order, hot and fresh! Both food and service were outstanding!

I bought fish at 3:30 on 12/10/2025. The fish was recooked, I thought they said cooked to your order not true. Even the fries were recooked, bread hard, couldn’t eat it. For the price you should get better service.

Thee best fish Ive ever had no wonder ALABAMAS made it on the food network channel. It has never changed in flavor or quality. I travel 3hrs to get back to the great fish I know and love.
