My husband & I decided to try Al Sham after he saw a post on social media (instagram).We originally were going to go to another location, since it was getting late and we were in the area we decided to stop here instead. We did arrive later in the evening, however the service was great, the host/cashier answered ALL our questions and even gave us some menu suggestions. The menu is pretty vast and has a lot of options for American food or Middle Eastern- they even have breakfast! I got curry chicken and he got chicken tikka (pictured) and grape leaves. We dined in and were pleased with the service, food and portion size. We will be back!!! Everything was great, no complaints & very refreshing to not worry about is it pork in anything. We even got dessert! (Not pictured).The chocolate cake was very good. Pretty great size & was moist/fresh. Next time we plan to try one of their Lassi- they have a few different kinds to choose from, and maybe a pizza. I think we found a new favorite place for us. We will be back!

I don’t really love burgers. I was hungry at work and they’re across the street. My expectations weren’t high. Apparently I didn’t order right lol they called me back to ask if I wanted a plain burger yet ordered a deluxe. He added that and even hand delivered it. This was an awesome burger! Fresh ingredients and still hot. Fries were crispy! Definitely going to try more on their menu!

I spent over $50 on two pizzas and an order of 10 hot wings, and I’m extremely disappointed. The food here is not cheap compared to other pizza places in the area, so I expected much better quality. The pizzas were excessively oily — oil was literally dripping from every slice. The wings were even worse; they had a bad smell and were undercooked and bloody on the inside, especially the drumsticks. I ate a few of the flats, and both my wife and I ended up getting sick afterward. I was throwing up all night.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The service was very slow, and the staff behaved in a strange and unprofessional way. When I finally received my order, the wrapper for the shawarma was completely soaked in oil, which made it messy and unpleasant to eat. Definitely not the quality or service I expected.

I was damm hungry! I had specifically mentioned two things– I need fries in my shawarma and I want it spicy. They said we don’t have pickled jalapeños but we can add hot sauce.

Hot sauce – not even a single drop

That day I realized that this was the most bland shawarma I had ever eaten in my life! The chicken itself didn’t have any flavor. It wasn’t dry but not a speck of spice.

I don’t like people messing with my food when I’m really hungry and have to go out of my way to collect it! Spoiled my journey and appetite … 2★s for fries.
