Everything is extremely well!
Variety, quality, cooking, and taste are perfect, shake hands for the chief!
Mr. Amr makes a warm reception for the guests and with his hospitality and helpful attitude makes the experience of more value!
Surely will visit them again!
Highly recommended!
A good option if you are staying at the Movenpick upstairs.
Tried this restaurant twice, the first time I did a takeaway order and took them 20 minutes to take my order and 30 minutes to hand it over to me.
Second time, I chose to dine in which was way quicker (maybe it wasn’t a busy time). However, the food lacked flavor and quantity for the price that was charged. Would explore other restaurants in the area but this just seemed easy to get to.
and to top it all off, rude staff. cashier told us to look for other restaurants when inquired about the serving size; surprising considering the restaurant was entirely empty.
We then spoke with the shift manager, who initially resolved the issue, but the replacement food was shockingly undercooked. After raising the concern again, it took an unreasonably long time to prepare another batch. To make matters worse, four of our orders were either undercooked and missing bread.
This experience was incredibly frustrating, and the lack of professionalism and attention to detail left a bad impression. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the quality of service and food.
Authentic Arabian dishes, including mandi, kabsa, grilled meats, and flavorful rice.I had the chicken shawaya, and it was just okay, I didn’t really enjoy it.
Service Known for friendly and efficient service, making it a favorite among locals and visitors. One thing I found strange was that beggars came inside the restaurant and approached the tables to ask for money. I found that quite odd.
Conveniently located, making it an excellent spot for a hearty meal after prayers or exploring the city.
food is just more than delicious, very fresh salads with a light nice dressing and grapefruit pieces on top as well litchis which brings the complete taste out! , french fries i have never ate this kind of way! The taste is totally different to any junk food which they serve everywhere the same like shawarma in a street food etc pp this quality cant be compared to the standard shawarma dishes.. really sad that i read some posts like these
Wheelchair accessibility thru the mall without any barriers, very easy.
price is nice for the portion!
I recommend this restaurant with 50stars if available! Amazing owner, friendly staff and super clean restaurant!
May Allah grant you more of this great recommendations where we can safely dine in!
Thank you Team Al Modeef!
The restaurant is located opposite the Elaf hotel. Both dine in and takeaway options are available at this restaurant.
The order has to be placed at the reception counter. I ordered the chicken plate shawarma along with chicken tikka plate.
The reception counter accepts both card and cash payments.
Eventhough the taste of meals was good from this restaurant but I was not satisfied with the small portion size and the hight cost of average meals.
The sitting arrangement is nicely arranged and designed in this restaurant. The restaurant staff mostly speaks and understand Arabic language.
♿ The restaurant doesn’t support wheelchair accessibility. No facemasks were needed to enter the premises of the restaurant ⛔
