I had such a great experience at Aldente! From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
I ordered the beef shawarma and absolutely loved it. It was so flavorful, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Honestly, it was the best shawarma I’ve ever had!
Everything about this place made me feel well taken care of, and you can really tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. I highly recommend Aldente to everyone in the neighborhood — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love this place, I’m gonna be honest. The pizza is incredible, the tequeños are also so GOODD! The sauce is amazing. The service is incredible. I love how people treat you here and how nice they are, they are always checking on you and being so nice about it. The atmosphere in here is so calming. I love this place.

I absolutely love this place! It’s my son’s favorite spot to eat pizza. The lunch specials are very delicious and reasonably priced. I’m so happy they opened a location close to my home now I don’t have to drive so far to get pizza for my son. Highly recommend!

I had the 14 inch Prima Vera Pizza. Crust was light and airy with an unexpected crispy bottom. There was a light amount of sauce, which I prefer and many others may. I’ll come back and try another menu item soon.

My favorite pizza is the ham and corn! There is something about the sweet and salty flavor that goes so well together and takes me back to Venezuela! Place is clean, well priced, and the staff is super friendly! So glad they opened up some closer to my house here in Hoschton!

We absolutely love this restaurant, it’s my wife’s and my favorite place to eat. The food is always great, and the service is wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing and the décor is beautiful as well. It has a really cozy feel.

My wife and I ate there tonight, and it was amazing. We had the chicken and beef shawarma and the chicken carbonara. We also ordered an appetizer of wings and ordered a pizza to go. Everything, and I mean everything was amazing! The shawarma had such depth of flavor and the sauce that accompanied the sauce was incredible. The carbonara had a nice balance of garlic, parmesan, bacon and chicken. Each bite was very tasty. The wings are also very good. We both enjoyed the crisp on the outside, with a perfectly cooked, juicy inside. The wing sauce was zesty. We brought pizza home for those who did not journey with us. The pizza was also very good!
Also, a shout out for our server. She took really good care of us, and made good recommendations. She was also helping handle many to go orders, but she always took care of us.
Last, the prices are very good,. especially based on the excellent quality of the food.

Came in to support local business and left disappointed. Ordered Margherita pizza (description read..grilled tomatoes, fresh basil..). Pizza came out with fresh-sliced tomatoes, dried oregano flakes. Pointed out to the waiter/manager and was informed that no fresh basil was available because it’s not in season and that they were still growing it in the back. Waiter also said another customer had brought up the same concern earlier in the day. I could have ordered something else had I known that was the case.
