So good!! We had three meals and enjoyed the quiet music, nice server, and clean, comfortable seating. I enjoyed the papa loco, a baked potato with bacon and carne asada. Tasty!

Tried it here in the Summer of 2024. No air conditioning. They tried with fans but it was still pretty warm. Food and drinks were better that time around. Service was great! This time around, very early spring, restaurant was cold. Again, they tried with awkwardly placed heaters. This time around we tried the Agave Burrito. The description was that it was the customers favorite. It was not good. We chose the steak version. The steak was chewy and cheap meat. The burrito was a mushy mess of rice, refried beans and chewy nasty beef chunks, we think We ordered two House Margaritas and they tasted like juice. I’m fairly sure there was very little tequila in those drinks that they charged almost 15 dollars apiece. We had to order two more shots of tequila to make it drinkable. The service was good but unfortunately, it is hard to justify spending 77 dollars just for service alone. Not sure if we will return.

Had a late dinner. The enchiladas are exceptional, very good. Also tried the jalapeño appetizer… Also delicious!
Mom got the chili relleno with her enchilada. Personally, I thought it was too eggy bit overall the dinner was great.
Salsa was spicy and tasty, too.

Tried this place out last month and went back a second time 2 weeks later. Great food. Very happy with everything they brought out. Love the different salsas they provide. Great flavors, taste foods, everyone leaves full and happy. Customer service gets 5 starts as well. She is so sweet, goes above and beyond to make Custer’s happy.

We stopped in after a long weekend in Westport. We placed our orders not realizing that we were ordering meals that took longer to cook so close to closing time. The employees/owners were amazing and so accomplished. Our food was amazing! We will be back. 🙂 We had steak fajitas, aqua shrimp chile, carne asada, and a ribeye steak. Everything was amazing! Thank you!

Are you tired of bland burgers, subs, and pizza? AL Carbon has fought to deliver excellent flavor to your face! I love this place, their delicious food, and their Micheladas!
