I definitely like this place Becky the view. We ordered various plates. One definite draw back they have no clue how much protein is in each dish. My combo with noodles did not have a lot of meet in it. Over all tasty with nice view.

Loved the food and a great variety of Asian dishes. Our waiter was friendly but could use a little training on serving your food without reaching across the person next to you. This is such an elegant restaurant with a bright and wonderful views. Loved the flower presented on my Chicken with vegetables dish and my granddaughter’s volcano salad was so pretty and she said was delicious!

We came here to celebrate my fiance’s birthday today. It’s a real treat. Great food our chef Hung, was awesome very friendly and entertaining. We had an awesome time. I, recommend it for anyone who likes great Hibachi food.

Husband and I came here for the first time and it was incredible! Each roll we had was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the Godzilla roll, it’s huge and we still ended up ordering another one! We also ordered the Lisa roll and that was really good too! My husband also said the tigers eye was yummy. The atmosphere was nice and our server was so great. His name was Keaton, and he was so polite and attentive. We will definitely be back!

This was our 1st time at this restaurant and it was due to the good reviews. We enjoyed the ambiance of the dining area, the view of the lake, and thankfully the food was good. They have a really cool full bar as you enter the dining area. The menu is huge with many options. We will be heading back to try more things.

The food was really good, but the service was even better. Our waitress, Kristina, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. I’ve been going to Akashi (Montgomery location) for years and years. I went to their old location before they moved next door.. and when I’m in town, it’s a “must” for me to go to Akashi. I’m a huge sushi fan.. and their sushi does not disappoint! I’ve had about every single sushi item & they’re all top notch. There’s not one that isn’t delicious! I’d recommend them all. Their soup, dumplings, & mochi are all great too. I love the atmosphere there & how it’s right on the water! There’s plenty of car & boat parking. The service is always great & we never have to wait too long for our food once we order. Expect a little bit of a wait time if you go on the weekends during their busy hours, but other than that, you generally are seated right away. I live in the Houston area, where there’s countless sushi restaurants.. but my #1 favorite is Akashi in Montgomery.

They moved locations a little while back and it was a total upgrade. Our view of the lake was amazing. Lily our server was super helpful and attentive. We ordered calamari, which needed a sauce to go with it, but otherwise it was great. We also ordered a mango tango roll and it was really delicious. The other two rolls were only okay – California and spicy tuna. We will be back. Atmosphere js unmatched.

Had a wonderful date night, in which we do not get often, and it was really nice. The environment was nice, Dillon was our waiter and was fantastic. We went on a Friday night, and as most restaurants are poppin’. The wait was not bad at all, the staff was communities and kind, the bussers were busting ass to get tables flipped. I saw a lot of hustle. Great job, we look forward to coming back.

The food was foodin’ and the drinks were drinkin’ that’s for sure! Melanie has a wonderful personality and great sense of humor! Ask her about her new dad jokes!
