Had a wonderful dinner at Akash Indian Restaurant tonight! The atmosphere was fantastic, with both cozy indoor seating and a lovely outdoor area that made the experience even better.
I ordered the palak paneer with tandoori roti, and it was absolutely delicious. The palak paneer was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, and the tandoori roti was perfectly cooked. Every bite was satisfying.
Great ambiance, great food, and a very enjoyable dining experience. Definitely recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian cuisine!

From the moment we stepped into Akash Miami Beach, we knew we were in for a treat, and the experience easily earned its five-star rating. The ambiance is truly spectacular vibrant yet refined, creating a perfect atmosphere for a wonderful meal. Our culinary journey was highlighted by the exceptionally tasty fish, a red snapper prepared with delicate butter that was simply perfect. We also thoroughly enjoyed the rich and aromatic fish curry, a dish bursting with authentic flavor and complexity. Beyond the food, the hospitality was impeccable; the staff was attentive, warm, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. Everything about Akash, from the service to the setting, was top-notch, making it a must-visit dining destination.

We spent nearly 200 dollars for dishes that had so bad quantity and the food wasn’t up to the price, 4 prices of small chicken for 20$ , don’t waste your time here, it’s genuinely terrible and not worth the time
I went to this Indian restaurant expecting amazing food, especially for the crazy prices they charge, but it was honestly a huge disappointment. Everything on the menu was overpriced, and the portions were tiny. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this definitely wasn’t worth it.
The food itself was bland and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The butter chicken barely had any flavor, and the naan was dry and tough instead of soft and fresh. Even the rice seemed undercooked. For the amount they charge per dish, I expected something memorable — not something that tasted like a rushed microwave meal.
The service didn’t make it any better. It took forever for someone to take our order, and when the food finally came out, it wasn’t even hot. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive the whole time.
Overall, this place is way too expensive for what you get. There are so many better Indian restaurants out there that actually deliver flavor, good portions, and decent service. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Very nice unassuming Indian restaurant a bit off the main drag but it sure hit the spot.
Clean place, great service and the food is great. It has a full bar too. In my excitement, I forgot to take pictures of the main entrees.
Highly recommended.

Akash Restaurant in Miami offers a disappointing dining experience that falls short of expectations. While the menu promises a variety of flavorful Indian dishes, the execution often leaves much to be desired. Many dishes arrive overcooked, underseasoned, or inconsistent in quality, and the presentation lacks care. Service can feel slow and inattentive, with staff sometimes appearing disorganized or overwhelmed during busy hours. Additionally, the ambiance does not live up to the vibrant and inviting atmosphere one might expect from a restaurant of this style, making the overall experience feel underwhelming. For those seeking a reliably enjoyable Indian meal in Miami, there are other options that provide better food, service, and atmosphere.

It is good but not outstanding. The chicken tikka masala was straight out of Gordon Ramsay’s ” how to do a quick tikka masala…use Campbell’s tomato soup! Not very Indian but ok. The palak (sag or spinach depending on where you are from) was very good. Pleasant friendly service but shouldn’t need to ask twice for everything e.g more water, kulfi, bill, boxes. Summary: adequate but not worth going out of your way.

Went yesterday for lunch. Felt the portion was very small. The nàans were a bit hard and thin. The server was quite good in replacing the naans though, halfway through. Its Miami beach so higher prices expected but portion could have been larger. Nice white ambience inside with a bar too.
