I don’t normally write negative reviews I just eat the food and leave, but the doodle was not edible for my wife or I and I will eat anything. The apps were cold with no taste and the curry with chicken didn’t have the texture of real chicken.
The crispy noodle didn’t not taste right and look bad.
Never again.
When I arrived home, I saw that I had a voicemail from the restaurant telling me that my udon had been packed without the noodles. I called back, and the person working apologized, saying that there was a trainer working and she mispacked my order. He then said I could either drive back and pick up the noodles or I could get a refund on the udon. I obviously picked the refund because I didn’t want to drive back just to pick up the noodles.
But then, I realized that almost my entire order was wrong. And worse yet, it had a cucumber roll that I just couldn’t eat at all. I had specifically left notes for cucumber to be excluded from my food because I quite literally CANNOT eat them. When I called back again, the same person apologized again for the trainee’s mistake and assured me that I would be refunded swiftly.
Two days passed, and I called the restaurant Wednesday evening because I had been charged the full amount for my order with no adjustments or any refund. The girl who spoke to me on the phone asked the manager on duty, and she told me that the higher up manager(???) was supposed to refund me but they FORGOT!!! And she said the manager would refund me the next day because they were out. Then, she told me if I didn’t get my refund, I should just COME TO THE STORE TO TALK TO SOMEONE HIGHER UP IN PERSON.
Why would I want to waste my time driving back to the store to force the manager into giving me the refund that I was told on Monday that I would receive promptly???
Well, today is THURSDAY, and I still have not been refunded for the food I didn’t get in my order.

They have so many rolls to choose from, it’s hard to pick. They also have tons of sashimi and nigiri and other Asian dishes as well. Will definitely go back again soon!
The server was kind and well intentioned but very green and had to check on every question. The sushi platter was very fresh. The Bangkok salmon was very tasty but overcooked, specially when the menu says sashimi grade. The fried rice was very tasty. I will go back.
