I do love Mexican cuisine, and I am never disappointed here. We keep going back! Portion sizes are great and there is a lot to choose from. The food is always out fast and fresh. The sodas are large and tasty as well. Complete with a selection of Mexican candies and ice cream as you walk out the door, this is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner!

The service is always amazing. They are always friendly and make you feel so welcome. Everything is always so quick. I LOVE their Quesabirria tacos with consome. I always finish my consome even if I don’t finish my tacos because it is always so delicious and full of flavor. The Pastor street tacos are delicious as well. These 2 dishes are far and few between at many Mexican restaurants and the quality is not the same. My only complaint would be on rare occasions I ask for extra limes and they might not get put in the bag when I pick up a Togo order. The Horchata is also very good here. Try it out today you will regret it later when your craving those tacos.

FRIENDS! bff and I plan a trip to The Legends so I can buy Sees Candy for moms birthday. She ADORES it (and hopefully will share). Off we go! We decide to stop in Tongie aka Tonganoxie (DO NOT SPEED OR COMMIT ANY TRAFFIC INFRACTION-the tongie finest will pull you over!) To eat at our next MEX TREK! Seated immediately in this colorful and artfully placed seating for a small space. The chips and salsa are indeed eyes roll back good. Nice bite and you can see all the ingredients in the salsa. I decide to drink it after making sure no ones looking. Bff chuckles. I actually go through 4 small carafes of salsa. it’s rated #2 of all time-just beyond excellent. The food? Ahhhhhh, well, the food. It’s a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Bland-unless you add the SALSA. I had the combination #1: bean burrito, beef taco and bean burrito. And yes, I’m well aware bean anything IS BLAND. That being said, we’ve all eaten refried beans that set your taste buds on a happy dance. This was a 2 step. The guacamole was MEH. Nice and chunky but again, no “oh hello” taste to greet me! Our magars were definitely from a plastic bin: watery and devoid of anything remotely tequila. The bathroom is a one person private and very small although exceptionally clean. Service is very friendly and quick. I’ll definitely be back but as a take out for chips and the SALSA (OMGOSH).

There is plenty of room in the booths. Seated immediately. The food was good… many of the foods I would choose had chorizo, so I chose the fajita nacho ranchero, which had steak, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo. The salsa was fresh and excellent. They had a switch of service team at my table, so it felt like a wait before someone came back with the check, but I was comforted they ran my card right at the table. I appreciated that very much, also because they were quite busy. I’ll go back…. FYI… I ate all the chips before it occurred to me to take a picture, but there was more than enough of everything, and the horchata was delish!!

First time ever eating here since I don’t live out this way but needed food while at work and omg! The food was ready within 10 min. Like they said it would be, they were super friendly , the environment seemed super kid friendly by all the goodies and candy at the front.
The food was hot hot and so good. The portions were reasonable as it was take out. This is one hundred percent a new go to for me.

Ajuua is always on the money! Steak Ajuua is my favorite, but the quesabirria tacos are a close second! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and we LOVE the waitstaff!
