Oh my goodness! I don’t know where to start. The owner, Bill, was very friendly. The burgers are huge and super delicious. They have a nice little dining area, it’s cool and clean. The customers here were friendly and all had their favorite item on the menu. This is my new favorite place to eat. I can’t wait to come back!

AJ’s has always been and will always be my favorite place to get a barbecue sandwich. The employees are super friendly, they have great deals on meats and meals, plus the interior has a lot of historical stuff inside. All in all a fantastic place to get lunch or to get your BBQ meat supplies.

Staff was attentive and quick (granted i was the only customer there at the time) but the brisket sandwich I ordered was cold, and pretty expensive for such a small portion. For the price I expected a little more meat. I’m not sure if it was a mistake that they gave it to me cold, or if that’s just how they serve it?

TPBElse , esp. Started out as avacoda burger,added cheese and bacon. Do not leave out any trimmings,no mayo for me, everything else. The best flame grilled burger I have ever tasted. I love this place. Got my eye on the Rib-eye and stuffed pork chop. How has tx bucket list missed this?
