AJ’s Diner & Bar – Your Favorite Local Indian Family Serving the Great People of Martinsburg, WV. Where authentic Indian flavors meet classic American favorites. From butter chicken to burgers, we have something to satisfy every craving. Our kitchen is open until 9:30 PM, while the bar keeps the energy going until midnight with a full selection of cocktails, beers, and more. Conveniently located on Williamsport Pike, next to the used car dealership near Walmart. Join us every Sunday for our buffet, served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We’re closed on Tuesdays, but open every other day to serve you the best of both worlds. Come hungry, stay late, and be part of the Fusion Family at AJ’s!

The was my first time trying Indian food so didn’t really know what to expect but I’m blown away with how flavorful each dish was. The food is AMAZING!!! Everything is fresh and made on site. The head chef came out multiple times to make sure everything was good and all our needs were met. One of my favorite things was the mint chutney. So fresh and light but full of flavor. The family who owns the establishment is super nice and accommodating. Definitely will be back again.

The food was outstanding. We had the Butter Chicken and Chicken Masala. When placing the order, they will ask you what level of spiciness you prefer on a scale of 1-10. I got a 6 and it wasn’t too spicy. The only reason I gave the service a 4 instead of a 5 was because the wait for getting the check was a little long. All in all, it was pleasant surprise to find Indian food of such high quality in this area. They also have traditional “American” food. Next, we plan to try the Sunday buffet.

Tried AJ’S Diner and Bar today in Spring Mills, and it’s definitely a spot worth visiting! This new Indian-American fusion restaurant really impressed me.
We started with the Shark Bite cocktail, which came topped with a shark gummy and a syringe of grenadine for a fun, interactive twist. Drinks were great, but the food was even better.
They kicked things off with complimentary Papad Chips and mint chutney—a tasty and light starter. We also ordered the Kachumber Salad, which was super fresh and refreshing.
For my main dish, I went with the Chicken Tikka Masala. They happily turned up the spice level on request, and it was rich, flavorful, and delicious. Instead of rice, I paired it with Garlic Naan, which was perfect for soaking up all that saucy goodness.
Overall, the experience was excellent—great drinks, delicious food, and a creative fusion vibe. I highly recommend checking this place out, and I’ll definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing! Butter chicken and Mac was so good and the naan bread was the best I have had. The food was definitely fresh! The staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this hidden gem today and I am so glad I did. The keema tacos and masala fries were delicious! After a good meal I had to check out the bar and tried some creative drinks from our amazing server Sima. Naturally after a couple drinks I had to try the game machines. Loved this place. If I could give 6 stars I would, definitely recommend.

What a great experience . Had great masala fries, flat bread and curry chicken. Bar experience is next level and never saw pretty looking drinks and glittering beer which were just beyond amazing. I went here for dinner earlier this week with my parents, and it was so lovely! We happened to be the only customers at the time we went, and the service was amazing! The owners are so sweet! The food…also amazing!! I got the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and mango lassi. We also ordered the samosa chaat and chicken biryani. I even forgot to take pictures since I was so excited to eat. Everything tasted fresh and had so much flavor! They have a menu where there is something for everyone, and are great at providing recommendations. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to try something new! I’m really looking forward to coming back 🙂

My wife and I love this place and it will definitely be one of the first places I suggest when we are deciding where to go eat. We got the samosas and aloo tiki buns both for appetizers both were great and then I got the butter paneer and my wife got the butter chicken and we shared a side of butter chicken Mac and cheese. The food was great the flavor was wonderful (my first time eating Indian food). I told her the next time I’m feeling under the weather that I want to DoorDash this place for some butter paneer because it just reminded me of a nice home cooked meal. My only disappointment is we were too full to try any desserts. The staff was great and you can tell the people preparing the food put their heart and soul into each dish.

I loved AJ’s Diner so much!! The family is so sweet and they treat you like your own, making sure you have a good experience. Not to mention the Sunday buffet with a mango lassi hit the SPOT. I can’t wait to come back and try the A la Carte menu.
