Reviews
The atmosphere inside was calm and welcoming, which was perfect after being in the car for so long. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home right away. Food came out fast, which we really appreciated with three hungry kids. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and was put together really nicely.
Another bonus was the free parking a small thing, but after driving around an unfamiliar town, it made a big difference. The whole place had a laid-back, relaxing vibe that helped us unwind and enjoy our meal.
We didn’t plan it, but it turned out to be a really good experience for all of us. Definitely a spot we’d visit again next time we’re in town.
The food itself was served properly. However, when I calmly mentioned that my salmon was a bit dry, the employee became angry instead of apologizing or responding professionally. There was no attempt to listen or resolve the issue.
What shocked me most was that the staff member took my food and threw it directly into the trash bin in front of me, without saying sorry or offering any alternative. The way this was handled felt disrespectful and unnecessary, and it made the situation very uncomfortable.
I’m not writing this to attack the food , this review is strictly about service and attitude. Customers should be able to give simple feedback without being met with anger.
The menu is nice with some items like bacon wrapped asparagus on skewers that I haven’t seen elsewhere in town. I wish there were more spicy options for the noodles and Udon, the noodles I did order seemed bland. The fried calamari and tempura squid were enormous and quite good.
No on-menu (iPad) option for gluten free food although it does ask you to share allergies/intolerances with the waiter. The waiter did bring us gluten-free soya sauce for my daughter which was nice.
The flow of food came quickly and what needed to be hot was. The ambiance music was a nice selection of pop vocal covers that wasn’t too loud.
