The prices are great especially for the portion sizes, and there is usually little to no wait which is a huge win in a busy mall. It is perfect when you want something filling without spending a fortune or standing in line forever.
They offer Korean style sushi and bento box options which makes it easy to mix things up. The bentos are hearty and satisfying, and the sushi rolls are simple and flavorful without trying to be overly fancy.

Located in the Makai food court. Great for grab&go. Lots of ready made bento type dishes. We got the Japchae. It was a good sized portion and it was delicious! Aja is definitely a good place for on the go delicious meals!

This is a Japanese/Korean bento place that was staffed with Chinese workers, a total blend of Asians. The selection was plentiful and priced reasonably. I had the Korean garlic fried chicken (too much batter, but flavor was okay) and glass noodles (meh…). The two fried Mandos were quite good, actually, but were cold, unfortunately. The staff was too busy packing bentos and ignored us for several minutes. So instead of picking what I would have liked, I just grabbed one that was already packed. It’s okay for a food court lunch at a reasonable price, but there are definitely better choices here. It just seemed that both the kitchen and sales staff were not really into their jobs, just going through the motion, sadly as its food actually has some potential.

Since we had already tried various foods from other places, we only bought one One Choice Bento here. However, there were many other bento boxes and rice balls to choose from, all looking delicious and making it hard to decide. The taste was even better than it looked. This is definitely a place where I’d love to try more items in the future.

I grabbed a pack of the garlic chicken from the hot plate. It was some of the best garlic chicken I’ve had! About 8 bucks for a good amount. It was juicy and never got dry even after I ate it out of the fridge two days later.

The garlic chicken was so hard it broke my fork. It’s completely dried out with no meat because they fry it so hard. It Truly is disappointing because one I’m pregnant and two I was hungry as heck and had to spend more money on food. The food looks good but definitely not worth it. The shrimp I ordered was the only thing that was decent.
