Came up to Rome, Georgia for the airshow on 10/12/25. Was staying at an Airbnb in Adairsville and was looking for a place to eat. Googled nearby restaurants and ALG‘s menu peaked my interest.
Was having a hard time deciding on the brisket cheesesteak or the Brunswick stew and decided to go with the cheesesteak and fries. The cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. The bread had a bit of a crust on it, the brisket was delicious as well as a cheese and the shaved Steak for it. Came with onions, mushrooms, and peppers from which I asked to have no peppers on it. The fries were cooked perfectly and were akin to what you could buy from checkers/rallies. There was a couple that actually sat next to me and the lady had ordered the Brunswick stew, and I asked her how it was, and she said it was amazing. So despite having this delicious cheesesteak , i was now very interested in the Brunswick stew. Lol. so I would have this for my meal on the next night.
The following night, I ordered the Brunswick stew, the pork belly burnt ends, and the fried mushrooms. The Brunswick stew had chicken, pork, brisket, potatoes, corn, and tomatoes in it. It came with some oyster crackers also. The soup base had a little bit of spice to it, but it was nothing to wear. Your mouth would completely burn. The pork bellies were crispy, had a good sauce to them, and had a good fatty taste to them also. The portion size of the pork bellies for the price was actually more than I was expecting. I know I at least got a dozen of them. The Fried mushrooms were done well, crispy, and the mushrooms themselves were not rubbery.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff is very friendly and ensured that you have everything that you need. The owners were on location and then inquired how everything tasted. The prices were good for everything in reference to their portion sizes.

Came in during lunchtime & got the Smash burger with fries. Presentation & temperature of food was great. Good seating, nice bar with ample amount of seating & outdoor patio. Bartender/server was pretty,prompt & had good suggestion when asked what to order

This place was amazing!! I got the bbq mac and cheese bowl and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the chili water burger and it was also amazing. We were skeptical about the chili water because of the name but it was so good!!

This place is nuts – my kind of place! Food is hot and tasty. Service is friendly and swift. The location is clean, well designed has a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

First timer
I’ll start off with quick seating, polite, very knowledgeable waitress, ordered water and a alc drink “something blue”, drink was delicious. Food came out in a reasonable time. Food was good, went with something safe but when it came out I knew at that moment should have went all out with either ribs or a ribeye. Everyone there was enjoying life and having fun . TV’s on every wall, visual from every seat in the house. I bet game days are a blast. Will definitely be back!!

My husband and I live down the road, and love this place! We just tried their brunch, and it was great. The couple who runs the restaurant is also super sweet. You can tell they put their heart into the place. 10/10 recommend.

Nice place to eat while staying in Adairsville. Ribeye seasoned nicely. A bit overcooked but taste was good. Baked potato and salad were both priced upgrades making this a bit pricey.

I have no pictures because I dug right in once it hit the table. The food was delicious! Portions are huge too! I was only able to eat half of the BBQ Mac and cheese and took the other half home for lunch the next day (and it was still just as good). Service was great, food came prompty. Really kind server who made sure we stayed taken care of. She let us know they also serve breakfast now! They need more exposure so go try it!

We have ate inside the restaurant once and last we noticed that they are also on Door Dash. We ordered two of the Smoked Meatloaf Plates with fries and Mac & Cheese. Even after it was delivered to us in Calhoun the food was still very hot and so delicious. I called and spoke to Josh and told him how great it was. Spoke to Britney today as she was our waitress on our first visit as well and she was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu and kept us in sweet tea and was a great waitress. If you have not tried them out you are definitely missing out!!! Will be our weekly go to spot!
