I love sushi when I can customize it to my taste, and I was able to do that here. While the server was okay with the changes, the response didn’t feel particularly welcoming. That said, the sushi itself was great. I had a shrimp tempura roll with cream cheese and spicy mayo on top with tempura flakes, and it turned out exactly how I like it.

First time here and I was so impressed. I ordered the tuna poke bowl and it was divine! Also, it was made so fast! I feel like he finished it in under 5 minutes! I sat at the counter while I enjoyed it and had great conversation with the sushi chef, Wilmer. He was so pleasant and shared info about all the other menu items I should try in the future. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a poke bowl and specified I didn’t want pickled veggies. Not only were they left in, but we were not told all ingredients even when asked. The bowl came with added ingredients that were not listed that didn’t go with a traditional poke bowl and I ended up taking half the bowl apart just to enjoy it. It’s also located in a food court and the tables weren’t cleaned. I ended up staining my sleeve from a sauce that was left behind from someone else that I didn’t see. Also, more of a critique on the location and not so much the food or service, but the bathrooms need a code and the staff didn’t know it. There’s a whole row of bathrooms but there was only one we were able to use by holding the door open for the next user. Don’t really recommend :/

Going there, and dine in in person is the best, but currently my husband is fighting with his horrible back pain while waiting the surgery. So we order delivery, or pick up. And even that, it is beyond expectation. They do care every detail of packing food. They even give us instruction for microwave to enjoy the best of it. Because they do care. And all that, remind us about “Care” and “Love” in our life. As you can imagine, if you are in pain, staying bed all day few month, just suffering is not easy. All you can enjoy your life is from window and through the phone screen. But his restaurant’s service brighten our life. We can enjoy gorgeous date at home which we haven’t done in for 4 years.
I am Japanese. Haven’t back in Japan for 10 years but I don’t miss my home because enjoying his food always fly me back to my country.
