For a starter we shared the table side caprese that had Fresh Mozzarella Made Table Side with Heirloom Tomato, Aged Balsamic, Fresh Basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It was fantastic.
For dinner we had the Gnocchi Pesto with Shrimp and the Veal Scaloppine with porcini mushrooms. Both dishes were amazing. No room for dessert tonight. If in Vegas it’s a must visit!
“We have been here on numerous occasions, and from the first visit to our last it has gone down hill ever since.
I recommend a friend and she said her visit was not good. She stated her fish entree was very fishy tasting as if seafood was not fresh!
We came here Xmas evening and all of our orders were not good! And to charge $75.00 for surf & turf with a small piece of meat and lobster tail which was tiny and overcooked! The server was the only good part of the evening. Cannot recommend this spot any longer!
The seafood dishes ordered were either a mushy piece of Halibut or under flavored Zappa Di Pesce.
The Polenta I usually order was over prepared and very lemony. Normally this dish is creamy consistency and faint lemon flavor.
The meatball was over cooked not moist when I first started ordering this!
Update: Oct.2025 brought some out of town guest here. And one of my guest found our server Mark to be a bit over the top and condescending which somewhat put a damper on our evening!
What we ordered:
1.) Table side Caprese $35.00 the mozzarella was not prepared and stretched enough and was too stiff and chewy! I think Management needs to retrain some of their servers!
2.) Zuppa Di Pesce $38.00 My friend said the seafood was fresh and prepared well.
3.) Orecchiette $28.00 my girlfriend cleaned her plate said it was well balanced with seasoning and cream sauce.
4.) Citrus Mascarpone Polenta $10.00
5.) Paloma Di Rosa $16.00
6.) Montenegro Nights $15.00 delicious and refreshing.
Finally a fine dining spot off the Strip. Located in Rampart Casino in the space previously held by Spendini.
This is a much better restaurant!
Our server was Lisa and she was friendly and attentive. Never had to request more water by her busier either.
What we ordered:
1.) Caprese for the table $35.00 the presentation was lovely, the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese were fresh and delightful.
2.) Calamari Fritti $24.00 prepared perfectly calamari was soft not chewy and the dipping sauce was spicy good.
3.) Fabio’s Wagyu Meatballs $19.00 meatball was moist, tender and flavorful.
4.) Citrus Polenta $10.00 the polenta was prepared perfectly and smooth.
5.) Gnocchi Pesto $27.00 the gnocchi was tender and the pesto sauce was bold in taste but not a heavy consistency.
6.) Short Rib Bolognese $28.00 the pasta was not too al dente and short ribs were tender. Sauce was well balanced.
7.) Roasted Brussels sprouts $12.00 the Brussels sprouts had a slight crunch and they were sautéed with chili, lemon and spices.
8.) Lemon Ricotta Cake $15.00 the ricotta balanced the moistness of the cake and strawberries.
We will definitely be back to try other dishes!
unfortunately cappuccino was not at all good – bitter and no froth.
food was VERY tasty!!
Tiramisu was very creamy and delicious.
lovely atmosphere.
good service.
Portions are massive.
Venue is brand new and clean. Service is already performing (great work Jose).
Free bread? Surprisingly yes and absolutely delicious.
Calamari portions were large and crispy.
Meatball is a must since rigatoni isn’t meat.
Rigatoni was piping hot – added peppers on and it was delicious.
Brussels sprouts were an interesting flavor with dash of Asian in it.
Cocktails were spirit forward.
Wanted to try the Tiramisu but was too full.
Very good restaurant with large portions and fun staff. Was worth leaving the strip.
