The Ahipoki concept was born out of the desire of a restaurant group wanting to bring a much needed health-conscious California inspired seafood restaurant with a south pacific flair to its customers. Health conscious poke bowl lovers can sit down and relax in a laid-back atmosphere all while enjoying the fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian flavors coupled with a fresh fish experience normally found outside of a quick serve restaurant.

They give you a BEAST of a bowl! I’m obsessed with getting poke at different cities when we travel, and this was one of my faves so far! Service was so nice and kind, and had a great experience! *I put eel sauce on it with the spicy and house sauce and it was chef’s kiss*

I have been here multiple times and have been to the location in Phoenix and in tempe. I have never been there in the morning that might be the reason but rice isn’t fully cooked and it has a very odd taste almost as a chemical taste. Also all veggies and fish are pretty big pieces. Not satisfying at all. trying to reach out didn’t get an answer I’m not sure if their phones are not working. Definitely not worh the $18 I paid for a plate

When placing my order I asked if I could do half white rice half brown rice. The first time she made my bowl she gave me white rice/lettuce, I corrected her that I wanted half white/brown rice, she tossed the bowl into the trash and remade it but made it brown rice/lettuce. I corrected her again on what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the lettuce out of the bowl with her hand threw the lettuce into the trash and then didn’t put the sauce I asked for over the rest of the bowl like it was supposed to be. So I didn’t get the sauce I asked for on my bowl.
When checking out she was just as rude and unprofessional as when making my bowl.
Please review the camera footage and please correct your staff on how to treat customers and have professional conduct because she behaved wildly out of pocket. I will not be back to this location.

Jake was fantastic! I have food allergies and he made sure it was safe! This is one of the safest places for me to eat. And if it’s an allergen, I’m allergic to it. So safe, incredibly tasty!

Excellent customer service. The employees are good communicators which is definitely a plus as each poke bowl is fully customized. I paid an extra amount for a scoop of avocado which I didn’t really like. However the other toppings I had were delicious and I thought went well together. The food table was very clean and organized. When I entered as well they were sweeping the floor to keep it clean. Overall a very tidy and clean establishment.

For a quick healthy meal it’s definitely a great spot. I ordered poke bowl with, spicy tuna, blazing salmon, and kimchi shrimp. Add in some spicy house sauce and jalapenos you got a nice little fire in your mouth. Each bite was amazing. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly. I will say just watch out on those add ons they offer avocado right away but it’s a 1.50 and if you get another scoop of crab salad it’s .75 cents. It’s always good to ask what’s included. Overall great service and fresh… Did I mention healthy?

Pretty yummy poke, clean interior of the restaurant, helpful staff members, and great location. I appreciate how many options there are to customize your own bowl! Plenty of parking in the plaza. They also have an app for ordering ahead or collecting rewards points if you frequent this chain

I love poki bowls. The store was clean and well-maintained. The employees were nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. It was my first trip here so I let the server choose. I got it to go and when I opened the nag I was surprised how dense the bowl was; they packed a lot into the bowl. It was delicious, I washed it down with their tropical punch and it was quite good to.

I was hesitant about a Chipotle-style place with raw fish, but I was thoroughly impressed by how fresh everything was. I tried the spicy salmon and the shrimp; the spicy salmon was excellent, and the shrimp was pretty decent (a little bland, but no big deal). The rest of the ingredients in the bowl were full of flavor and came together really nicely. I’m excited to come back and try some other options (they also have grilled options if raw fish isn’t your thing).
