I have been going here for years but a gentleman named Adrian M made this visit specifically special. I had a hard day and a sick family and getting food was the last thing I wanted to do, as I was ordering the line behind me for longer and Adrian made me feel comfortable and welcome to order and helped with everything I need. Workers like him make me enjoy this restaurant and will keep me coming back to this location! Thanks for the help Adrian and thanks for the bomb food!!!

This place should have a line out the door! Freshest ingredients/ seafood. Stop wasting your money and going to nasty burger next door. The whole process was quick, staff was very helpful in explaining and the food was wow! Like I said fresh, fresh, fresh! There is raw seafood but the pace doesn’t smell of seafood….which is howit should be.

First of all I want to give a thank you to Fransico who was working there today he is an amazing employee this was my first visit here and I tell you what, it is a little pricey for everything but the customer service is so hood I will be coming here more often! Everything was amazing from the food to the tropical drink! I also came in on a promotion day that they had just started and I couldn’t have gotten luckier!

Young girl was very helpful with picking out our selections for our poke bowls. Food was delicious large bowl would have been too much. Highly recommend for a quick lunch stop during your shopping spree.

I ordered online. As soon as I pushed send I called to let them know my son is allergic to soy so leave them sauce off his order. They didn’t pick up. I called several times while on my way to the restaurant. When I got there there was two girls standing there and noone in the place. I explained the situation, how sick it would make my son and she said they would remake the spam roll and leave off the sauce. I asked if the tuna bowl was ok and she said yes. Then a guy comes out from the back. I asked for the nutritional info on the sauces. He said he had the nutritional info but not the ingredients. I explained my son is allergic to soy and he responds “well if he is allergic to soy he should NOT eat here. We even put soy oil in our rice”. I said you are kidding. He said no he was serious. I told him he would need to cancel my sons order then because he can’t eat any of it. He responded “well we already made it”. I said I don’t care, there is nothing on the website that says you put soy in everything so you need to Cancel it! He responded that it is already paid for. I said I know and you need to credit me for his order. He did say he would issue me a credit but he made it obvious that he wasn’t happy about it. I am really angry that I was told the tuna didn’t have soy in it and if I hadn’t asked about the sauces my son would have been very sick. The lack of caring by these people is unbelievable.

This was our second time ordering food. Food was good just very frustrated with the lack of portion for my wife’s umagi bowl. First time we ordered got a full bowl, tonight barely got any eel. Looking for more consistency in portion control.

I really can’t stand when places are not consistent. I’ve had a great experience with them in the past but tonight my bowl that was delivered was very disappointing. Hardly any fish and the avocado I paid extra for was a small scoop of avocado mush (in the past it’s been half of a fresh avocado). I’ve tried calling the store several times and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Thumbs down

Great food, fast service. I do want to mention 8.4.21 @6:35PM. Blonde woman working is awesome! My unagi was warning up and did not get to the bowl, she came running out and brought it out in a separate little container! Great service and well played! Most would have just let the customer find out when they got home. Thank you soo much for diligence, something that is rare these days!
