They were not ready for the lunch crowd; ordered falafel appetizer; horrible.. did not want to finish it; outside was crusted w/ seeds and it disintegrated when broke apart, I could’ve used a spoon! Also ordered hummus appetizer; the amount of hummus was way too small for $8! My wife ordered the special- gyro w/ fries and drink. That was good! She gave me 1/2 of hers. But overall, I won’t go back.. we dined in and we were served plastic-ware packets. Really? For a downtown establishment.. they’ll need to step up or they won’t be around for the long run. This was equivalent to 2nd rate gut-trk food! Overall bill $31 not including $7 tip.. I’m not a bad person!

Agora is at a great location in downtown Fayetteville. The ambiance of the restaurant is perfect. The lamb chops were cooked to the way I requested (medium-rare) and they were flavorful. However, the rice was a little bland and the Kofta patties were not anything special. The food is not authentic Mediterranean but it was generally fine.

Amazing place, I recommend this place to everyone… so cozy, relaxing, a delicious meal, and super friendly but mannered staff. Customer service was great! This place has inside and outside seating. The booth for 4 is comfortable. it feels like I don’t want to leave. I sat by the window and have a view of National Historic Landmark, the Market House, very nice. I wish I knew this place earlier so I could try and enjoy the whole menu. When I come back to Fayetteville, NC, I will definitely visit this place and enjoy the meal.

The place, the food and the service is good. Located right at the heart of Fayetteville downtown. Walking distance from other stores, restaurants and key historical landmarks. Something to keep in mind; the Ayran yogurt drink is a unique combination of flavors. It’s a plain yogurt but it’s salty. It’s not bad, and worth the experience. But keep in mind you may not like it. We’re very adventurous and like to try anything, and so we did. You should try it

Peaceful, calm service from a very kind man was just the beginning of our great meal. The cucumber and hummus and the dolmas appetizers were very fresh and delicious. We got gyro on the Greek salad too and it was perfect. The kids got the junior burger (great) and kept stealing our gyro because they realized how much they love it. We were passing through on i-95 and wish we lived closer because it would be our go-to restaurant. Thanks for the great dinner.

Mediterranean deliciousness right in downtown Fayetteville! We shared the Dolma appetizer and then both of us got the lamb combo plate. It was definitely enough food for at least 2 meals. I got the Baklava for dessert. It was 2 portions so it was enough to share. And as I mentioned before, everything was delicious.
