I have been going here for over 10 years. I now changed to Francos across the street. Why? I was treated very rudely when I asked about the price of my sandwich which had changed. I just asked how much the new price was. The woman serving me answered and explained the increase which was different from the sign (bc of the bread I ordered ) which is totally fine – things are pricey now days for the restaurant owner as well. But then without being asked a gentleman from in back came out yelling at me about the cost of goods. I tried to be polite and take my food and go but it was embarrassing . I would rather go where the staff is kind. Never going back. Miss the old crew there.

Been going there for many years and first time this morning a very very rude young man waited on me. Only got a chin-up greeting and absolutely no thank you or anything said when I left. When I said “your welcome” sarcastically he chased me our the door.

The best: the price. The worst: the restroom. They have a quite good variety in the menu. We tried with the “chicken grilled wrap”. Was good but not excelent. That raspberry flavored coffee was interesting, and the customer service was really good.

Ok. So I’ve been going to Adams for years now & have always loved the bagels & food offered. Recently there have been some young kids that work there and have made it very uncomfortable & embarrassing to go in. I sadly stopped being a customer.

I called it. I said this place was going down hill a few years ago and I was right. Their bagels are sometimes ok and other times terrible… BUT my review now is about what I came across this morning. We moved a few months ago and stopped this morning because we were in the area. It is so disgustingly dirty here and these photos are what customers can see. So I can’t imagine how the kitchen is that’s hidden from anyone to see.

The food and bagels are average. The prices are a lilttle high for breakfast. I ordered an American burrito, so I expected more bacon on the burrito for $10. The wait time was way too long for 2 breakfast sandwiches.

This place is unbelievable! Undeniably delicious bagels that are always fresh and large whether you go at 8am or 12:00pm. Staff are friendly and this place is constantly busy. There is an area to sit, as well as, cold or hot beverages available. Lastly, they sell pastries and other bread options. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!
