Usually get the taco Tuesday special and that’s always worth it but my fiancé and I decided to have a nice lunch so I got the Shrimp, Carne and Adobada tacos! BLOWN AWAY by the shrimp taco it was fantastic, the tar tar crema was just amazing! The others were as fantastic as always! Huge portions for the price for sure! Seems they’ve stepped up their game when it comes to the presentation from the food to the menu! Love this place! My lady got the ground beef burrito and she said it was delicious and well seasoned! It was huge too! Only 9.50 too! Almost forgot to mention the woman that helped us was really nice and helped me around my dislike for tomatoes by changing the pico de gallo to cilantro and onion!

My wife and I stopped at Adalberto’s for an early lunch today. It was our first visit to this place, and man am I glad we came here. Large and airy inside, and super clean. My wife ordered the Mexican taco salad with chicken and loved it- huge chunks of perfectly spiced (mild, not hot) chicken, lettuce, pico, guacamole, crema and refried beans in a hot flour tortilla shell. I ordered the green chile plate, which had a huge portion of lean, tender pork chunks in a not overly spicy green chile sauce. The dish I got rivals the green chiles I’ve had in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado that have that distinctive Hatch chile flavor. It was served with four hot corn tortillas, rice, and delicious refried beans. So glad I’ve finally found a local place that serves this excellent dish; I could live on the stuff.

I read a couple other reviews for this place with comments that found the food bland, tasteless, rubbery and made with low quality ingredients. Our experience at Adalbertos was the polar opposite. Delicious food made with quality ingredients.

A fine young man named George took our order and answered questions we had. Super friendly and helpful. 5 estrellas grandes for this outstanding taco shop!

Came here with a couple friends for a giant burrito and left satisfied! Was immediately greeted and they took our order. Only took 5 minutes for the food to get prepared, Lobby, restroom, and seating areas were clean, as was the soda machine. Burritos were good, the salsa was even better! Would definitely eat here again.

I really wanted to like this place, but the food was genuinely awful. Everything looks like it should have flavor, and then you take a bite and realize it’s completely bland. No seasoning, no depth — just disappointment.

I’ll give credit where it’s due: the restaurant itself is very clean, way cleaner than any Filiberto’s I’ve ever been in. Unfortunately, cleanliness doesn’t save bad food.

The meat was disgusting — rubbery, low-quality, and hard to chew. The beans were absolute trash, flavorless and unpleasant. Nothing tasted fresh or satisfying.

Overall, nasty food across the board. Clean building, subpar food. I won’t be back.

The taquitos were so-so, there was barely any meat in them. I would be willing to pay little more to add little more meat and the salsa is pretty watery. There is so much room for improvement here, with little improvement this restaurant would be great, love the alfresco dining.

Absolutely horrible. We go there almost every week and lately the food has been getting worse. Today my shreaded beef tacos were burnt so bad the meat was crunchy and black. Took them back to get remade and the replacement ones had a third of the meat overcooked and crunchy. Staff said it’s because it’s fried.

Really sucks because I liked them in the past. Ill go elsewhere now

Simple order of chips and salsa… easy right?! Why do I get chips covered with pico de gallo? not on the side in a separate container now chips soggy not crispy, server was no help hard time understanding my issue and the cook no help either. Whatever changed there, it’s not good. Breakfast burritos used to be great now they’re meh as best.

I’m giving 2 stars solely based on the food. The location itself was nice and clean, and the staff could have been a bit more focused on their customers rather than their phones, but that’s not why I’m giving it 2 stars.

I’m giving 2 stars because the food was bland. We ordered:

Steak torta
Beef taquitos with rice and beans (no dairy for dietary issues)

The torta was OK, but they don’t use flank steak for their carna asada. It looks like they use a thin sirloin

The taquitos did not taste fresh at all. They tasted like they had been frozen before being warmed up to serve. The rice was waaaaay too salty, and the beans were nothing to write home about.

Overall, I would not consider visiting again
