We order a pizza here but found the crust was burnt. It had a lot of toppings so I get that it needed extra cooking but this was done a bit too long for the 4 of us. We ate a couple of small pieces because we were hungry and I’m normally ok with well done. Great cheese and tons of toppings. Will try again as I feel this was a one off for this popular spot

Going to in person Adagios is the only way to enjoy their food. The atmosphere, service and food is great in person, however ordering for delivery is a nightmare. We’ve tried to order delivery from here twice, both times it has taken the pizza over an hour and a half to arrive (we live 10 minutes away) and both times it has arrived under cooked, forcing us to cook it in the oven for at least 20 more minutes after already waiting forever. I’m leaving a review this time because along with an undercooked pizza, our boneless wings also arrived under cooked and inedible.

It’s so frustrating because we love visiting this spot, however if you want to have pizza/food delivered, stay as faraway as possible from ordering here.

The picture provided is after our attempt to save the pizza by cooking it longer at home. The toppings effortlessly slide off the “thin crust” and some how the bell peppers still tasted raw. -1/5 for delivery. But 4/5 for dine in.

I have been coming here for over 40 years and the place is as good as ever. $24 for a large top of the line pizza is an excellent deal. The toppings are almost 2 inches high with the sauerkraut.

This is not the kind of pizza for us. The wings were Ok and good bloody Mary. The bar was packed and bingo in bar and dining room. Good size dining room with booths and tables. Good service and checked on us often. Not many on outside patio but weather muggy. Parking lot full. This is just not our type of pizza but they have a full menu.

This place has the BEST pizza in the city. I do not live close by but try to come in as often as I can. My 2nd to last visit was February 15. I have not been in for a while because I don’t live close by and my last pizza sucked.
The bartender last February showed me how burnt my pizza was and since I waited over an hour for it and already paid she said she would take care of me the next time I was in.
That day was today. And that bartender was not working. She said no. Too much time has went by.
I did leave with a delicious pizza and I’ll be back but I’ll never leave a tip until they make it right.

I’ll also share my story to anyone who asks where to get the best pizza. This place should be ashamed of thereselves.

It was bingo night and didn’t quiet down until it was over. The server was a nice guy but, he took a long time to get our food out and I had to wave him down for the check.
I had chicken fettuccine and it was very bland. The chicken seemed like it came from a can. Not good at all. Price was about average. Overall it was ok but, they aren’t high on my list to return to.

I’m extremely disappointed. It took a very long time to deliver and I was craving pizza so bad, but was one of the worst pizzas I could imagine. Some people may like this so this is more off personal preference but if it can help someone else out who it wouldn’t fit their needs then that I think is helpful. The crust is so thick and crumbly. It reminds me of a gluten free/whole grain chef boyardee boxed, make at home pizza. For such thick crust It crumbles and has a interesting aftertaste. I’ve just never seen anything like it for a pizza place. It’s like thick stacked moist crackers, The bread is very basic. Hard, rubbery cheese on dry bread slices. Which taste better made at home and I like going to places because it’s a taste you can’t get at home. I don’t think it was made wrong or that the company is bad, but this pizza is not satisfying for anyone who has similar pizza and cheesy bread expectations and doesn’t want to waste 40-50$ I wouldn’t care as much if it was earlier in the day and I could donate it to a homeless individual so that I wouldn’t have guilt of throwing so much food away. I’m just very let down and disappointed to be frank. I’m glad it is other people’s preference

This place has the best sauce EVER and it makes their pizza phenomenal ! Tonight we ordered a take and bake with a special salad. Salad was a bit smaller than usual, and I miss the Creamy Italian dressing they used to have, but still good with the regular Italian. for Take and Bake we ordered 1/2 sausage mushroom and 1/2 pepperoni green pepper. Generous toppings, in fact we always remove a bit of cheese for our taste. we cooked on a pizza stone, at 425 on convection for 15 minutes and it turned out perfect. Forgot to take a pic of the salad b/c I was starving and ate it right away!
