The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because we have walked by several times over the last 3 weeks, and they are always closed – despite it being during their hours of business as stated on the door. We are always disappointed when we walk by to see them closed.

As I was waiting to go to an appointment, I found myself in search of a protein shake with a little energy. I found the nearest place to me via Google maps and discovered exactly what I craved. Not only was I able to get a lava shake with a pom berry energy boost, but I also discovered a refuge of peace. The atmosphere here is tranquillity at it’s finest. The owners were kind and generously shared their passion for providing healthy treats for the body and mind. It was exactly what I needed to calm me down and focus on the meeting at hand. I’m just sorry i wasn’t able to post this before my pictures disappeared!
