Breadsticks: 7/10 Good, made on sandwich bread Mariana sauce was lukewarm
Pizza: 6/10 good crust, pepperoni nice and crispy, plenty of pepper and onions. Too much cheese and toppings with not enough sauce, felt like I had dough and toppings.
Service: was good, no problems but could have been more attentive as there was only 3 tables and had to wait 10+ min for a to-go box.
Food was pricey for subpar pizza.

I took my wife there for valentines day at about 5:00 pm and there were maybe three tables with people and we ordered a deep dish pizza. Somehow it still took over an hour to get it. No appetizers or nothing else, just the pizza, over an hour. We didn’t mind that much at that point, but after we ate, we ordered some Chicago dogs for my parents, three hot dogs, that’s it, another 45 minute wait. When we were paying I told my wife that we paid too much to have waited as long as we did. After we pay, I go out to the car, wife stays to get hotdogs and waitress went and checked and still weren’t done. While she was waiting for the hot dogs, my wife heard our waitress telling someone in the window to the kitchen that the ladies husband was upset about how long everything took tonight and the lady in the kitchen says, oh well, I don’t know what to tell him, so my wife said out loud that she could hear them talking about us and they didn’t even react. She finally got hot dogs and we left. I sure hope this isn’t the typical experience there we paid way to much money to be treated how we were tonight. We drive 30 minutes too, and have several times, but not anymore. We have never been treated like that anywhere else. Ever.

Had lunch buffet. Not a single Chicago style pizza on it. The pizzas were small sized and came out sporadically. You have to ask for pasta even though there is a spot for it at the bar. Salad was good. Definitely a distant runner up to Snappy Tomato.

This place is very expensive. We bought a pizza and a pitcher of beer and it was $50. When I asked for green peppers, I got green olives and I do not like olives. They’re lucky that I’m not allergic to them
Here are two pictures one of the pizza that we got, and the other one of the green olives that was in the pizza. I even asked her two times or so do you have bell peppers and she says yes we have pepper green. It’s still with green olives. If you like olives, this place is for you. I would find a better place to go.

I was Born and raised Chicago’s Southside..recently retired to loan oak. Tried a few pizza places…and THIS Taste exactly like Home!
Can’t say enough about it..Delicious !best Pizza I’ve had since I moved here. No pizza in KY even comes close!!

It’s okay pizza. To be honest, not what I expected. It definitely felt like a pizza place of the late 90s. So my hopes were high. However I found the crust to be not great. Reminded me of frozen pizza that you get for an elementary school lunch. The server was attentive. However the bathrooms had seen better days.
