So many different menus to choose from and so much seems very tasty.
I really enjoyed my role taquitos which came with a little bit of lettuce and a special sauce, and rice and beans. I could probably double the amount of taquitos though
My husband ordered a beef burrito and felt like the meat was a little bit small and it definitely could’ve had more of it although he found it very tasty. So we would probably just ask for more next time
The food seemed like he definitely put effort into making it good and looked nice. He was very friendly and open to answering all of our questions. It seemed very clean
I believe there were four picnic tables with umbrellas. All the tables were kept very clean and when he did not have customers he was out sweeping and making sure everything looked nice
We liked it so much that we are heading there now as we head south on I5

Best Taco bus in centralia! I love their Steak Grande Burrito. Fresh food, fresh ingredients and great flavor. Excellent customer service.

This place is legit. So I got seriously into burritos when I lived in San Francisco 20 years ago. In the Mission District you can’t walk 10 ft without running into a taqueria and they all are wonderful. One of the things I missed was a spot I would frequent for their chorizo burrito. They fried the chorizo till it was nice and crispy which made all the difference in the world. I have yet to come across a place since that does that. This place does and it immediately brought back memories. Also, these burritos are HUGE. I don’t have a scale on me, but if it was less than 2lbs I’d be surprised. Also, as most have said, the owner/chef is super friendly. Glad this place isn’t close to home or I would be eating here every other day

I ordered the Asada Fries Tacos. Oh my goodness it was all well-balanced, it wasn’t dry or too greasy. Definitely stopping by next time I’m in town.

Perfect tacos and speedy service for this level of quality. Perfect for on the go rest stop food. Right next to a Tesla charger station. Other places nearby for other folks with different tastes. Lady was very friendly. There are some items not available so watch out for that but honestly the tacos are worth it. Will stop here again if I can. Haven’t had tacos this good on awhile. Came with salsa, limes, pickled carrots, sliced radishes. Wait time about 10ish minutes, was the first one when opened.

The woman that works the truck most often is so sweet and kind to me. Love the food, a little expensive but any time I want some street tacos, Acapulco is where I’m going. I’ve tried all the trucks in town and this is my favorite.
