Ever since finding Acapulco, I’ve been stopping almost once a week when I’m nearby for work. I started with the surf and turf burrito and immediately fell in love. The steak and shrimp together are unreal it’s packed with flavor and always cooked perfectly.
Then I tried the shrimp tacos and somehow fell in love all over again. They’re loaded, fresh, and that sauce on top is next level.
And if you like a little heat, their Diablo sauce is perfect. It’s got just the right amount of spice the kind that makes your nose run a little, but it’s so good you keep adding more to every bite anyway.
Now every time I go, it’s honestly a tough decision trying to figure out what to order. You really can’t go wrong. Acapulco has officially become my go-to spot.

Absolutely loved this taco truck! The food is incredible and the ladies working here are so friendly and welcoming—it really makes you feel at home. The pork, chicken, and steak burritos were all packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The shrimp tacos were fresh, juicy, and downright delicious. The sauce on the shrimp taco was amazing! Can’t wait to come back and try the fish tacos next time!

This was my first time coming here after a friend referred me. I ordered 4 chicken tacos and was not disappointed. The service was friendly and quick. The tacos are overflowing and delicious. I went with the hot salsa and it is hot with good flavor. I will be back to try other items on the menu.

Such good customer service. Their al pastor and asada tacos are amazing; however make sure you get the green salsa with them. If you don’t know if you like it get one to try ‘cause it’s like liquid gold I swear. Don’t waste that shit!

GREAT PLACE!! The food was excellent ! We had a Bowl and tongue tacos! My husband is very picky on his tongue tacos and he said they were excellent!!

We loved our tacos! We had an adobada, Al pastor, and lengua tacos. Staff is very friendly. Tortillas are handmade. Definitely stop here for some delicious taqueria on your way through Umatilla!
