The concha’s are so good omg!!! I just went this morning and the concha’s were very warm and they just came out of the oven. It was great. Also I had the horchata frappe and it was also good. I would go back again omg!!!! Also they have cute little items all around the place and stickers, etc.

I’ve had a concha obsession since my trip to Mexico a few summers ago. Abuelita’s has the best conchas in the Austin area! The breakfast tacos are amazing too! This has been our favorite spot for the last two years. Highly recommend

This is the freshest and most affordable breakfast in town! Absolutely delicious. The tacos were bigger than I expected and the fresh tortillas were so good. We got a handful of conchas and empanadas as well and all were very, very good. My only regret is not getting food from here sooner!

This is a cute, family-owned eatery that has a simple menu and plenty of bakery items. I don’t know why anyone would leave a 1 star review. The food was fresh and made quickly, we got coffee and breakfast tacos within 5 minutes, and the apple empanada was so tasty. The bathrooms are clean, the boutique is fun to look at, and there are plenty of seats here. We aren’t from Texas, so this place is a treat for us. We really liked the decor and the friendly staff member who took our order. She was friendly and happy to see everyone. I’m sure we’ll be back before we leave the area to go home.

I love love love the conchas here, and the pumpkin one was so incredible I’ll never be the same. It had pumpkin filling! And it looked like a pumpkin!! The sprinkle cookies are also so good. The shop itself is so stinking cute and photo ready, and they sell items from local artists inside so you can probably pick up a few gifts here. Bring your friends and take cute pictures and eat conchas.

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican pastries paired with warm, welcoming customer service, look no further than Abuelita’s. This charming bakery is a gem.
From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring you leave with exactly what you’re craving. Whether it’s your first time trying Mexican pan dulce or you’re a connoisseur of conchas, they’re happy to guide you through their offerings.
What truly sets Abuelita’s apart is the attention to detail in both their pastries and their service. They take pride in their craft, and it shows. The shop is always spotless, the displays are beautifully arranged, and the staff treat each customer like family.

Next-level, long-overdue, modern panaderia! Love it ! Delicious mexican pan dulce in a classy modern setting.
Apologies for the lack of pics inside. I wasn’t “ready” and I had my boys (2 doggies) with me. YES they allow pets…as long as they’re well behaved.
Don’t sleep on this, Buda! It’s totally an easy choice for your morning or midday treat.

If you want your breakfast tacos on time, order 30 minutes ahead of time. I got 2 potatoes egg and bacon and it took 30 minutes to get them. There was one customer ahead of me and she got two tacos too. I also got a concha, which was basically just bread. And, the pastelito was super sweet, not your usual mexican pastelito. The tacos were okay, nothing special. Make sure you get salt to put in them and lots of salsa to give them some flavor.
