Wow i hadn’t been in such a Great Mexican restaurant in years. LoL i picked this place cause i said…a name like Abuelas has to be good…it didn’t disappoint rather it was a very nice and very delicious place. #1 the tortillas were fluffy and so perfect. You can order reg tacos or there Big taco and anything you want. The food tasted on point and everything came out perfect no salt needed…#2 there green n red salsas were also both amazing and delicious. #3 the waiting staff were all friendly and always made sure i didn’t need anything. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. It almost never had a open table. #3 the owner was very friendly and made sure you were appreciated for stopping by. Gracias for ser tan authentica y deliciosa ❤️

Trying this place a 1st time on 8/7/22 (745am). Came in, just opened & greeted nicely. Ordered the chiliquiles breakfast plate/no cheese. Pretty decent. Fixed w/chips-a little soggy, eggs a little dry but good portions served with refried beans/potatoes. Homemade chips/red sala/green salsa were good. Great service. Brisk Sunday AM business. We’ll be back for a sample of lunch. Give them a try

This place is terrible. Do not eat here. The service was horrible, our waitress dropped us and another waitress came to wait on us. She was not attentive. She didn’t let us finish our sentences before walking away. The waitress put guacamole down when I had not asked for any so I sent the plate back. I would give the flour and corn tortillas 10/10 but none of the food was worth the price. They overcharged us like crazy. 70 bucks for 4 plates. I had no problem if it was 70$ worth but it wasn’t! Will not be ever returning.

The food was terrible!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worse enemy!!!! Over,over price,service was bad the lady (waitress)didn’t know anything..I only gave it a 1star because the tortillas where good!!! For 4 person which my sister got senior plate,6$, and i got special 12$ menudo which was terrible and two others got regular plate came out to 69.00 oh and three of us got water!!!

Make sure you ask for prices. They will over charge you like my last 2 visits. They charge what they want & easily mistake for a plate or they overcharge on simple request. If you ask waitstaff for price confirmation the owner will override them once you’re at register. Be sure to confirm with the cashier/owner for confirmation. Tortillas are hit or miss, most times they are reheated. The meats I’m sure would taste better when served fresh. There must be a limit of 2 8oz cups of coffee after which they will charge . Make sure to always get an itemized receipt from register. Been here about 10x for the price the meat tacos aren’t that fresh and quality of food is average.
